Abstract
1. Equipment for the tightening-up of rolling discs (2) or rolling rings (20, 20a), preferably in overhung arrangement, by means of axially directed tightening forces between planar parallel surfaces on a drive shaft (7), wherein an axially arranged extensible tie rod (5) is used to take up the tightening forces and the transmission of the tightening forces takes place by way of its clamping unit (12) to one of the end faces of the rolling disc (2) or the rolling ring (20, 20a), wherein the rolling disc (2) or the rolling ring (20, 20a) sits on a free head end (5a) of the tie rod (5) outside the drive shaft (7) and is tightenable by the exertion exclusively of axial forces with both its end faces between a pressure surface of the clamping unit (12) detachably fixed on the head end (5a) of the tie rod (5) on the one hand and an end face of the drive shaft (7) on the other hand and is in addition shape-lockingly and centringly connectable between the mutually facing end faces of the drive shaft (7) and the rolling disc (2) or the rolling ring (20, 20a), characterised thereby, that the shape-locking connection is formed of coggings (17a, 17b; 27a, 27b) at the mutually facing end faces and the rolling disc (2) or the rolling ring (20, 20a) sits directly or indirectly and with radial play (S) on the free end of the tie rod (5), wherein the tie rod (5) is by its one end (5b) detachably connected with the drive shaft (7) and engaging as deeply as desired into this for the attainment of a great extension travel and the detachably fixed clamping unit (12) extending the tie rod (5) is operated hydraulically.
