Abstract

The invention relates to a working part, especially for the preparation of minerals, building debris and scrap metal, with a striker (3) of ferrous material which has, in its wearing region, at least one integrated inlay (20) consisting of metal oxide and/or carbide ceramic and produced by composite casting. According to the invention, such a working part, besides being adequately shock resistant, has a greater resistance to abrasive wear owing to the fact that the inlay (20) is perforated or spongiform and is integrated into the striker (3) by ferrous material forced into the apertures and pores of the inlay (20).
