Abstract

The machine has a metal press cylinder (1) extending along an axis. An elastomeric tube (2) is mounted inside e the cylinder. A mould (50,50') is mounted coaxially inside the tube and has a central cylindrical cavity (6) which extends along the longitudinal axis. Two metal rods (90,100) are fixed respectively on the upper part and lower part of the cylinder to retain the mould and tube. A punch (120) is movable with respect to the mould along the axis. A pin (13) is coaxially movable along the axis with respect to the mould and punch and at least one end of the mould has a concave conical surface (51,52) with the same axis as the mould to engage with a corresponding surface on one of the rods. At least the other end of the mould has a tubular sections (121) coaxial to the mould.
