Abstract

The invention relates to a multiple-use package, which also serves as a transport container, for replacing disposable packages, such as shoe boxes. Furthermore, the container according to the invention is also intended to be used directly for display in the retail trade and to replace there the previously used, primarily stationary shelving systems. In this case, not only is packaging material saved, but also personnel expenditure since time-consuming unpacking, etc. for the display is not required. This is achieved in that the container essentially has the form of a collapsible shelf unit, whose intermediate shelves can assume a sufficient inclination to serve at the same time for display, and in which the articles to be accommodated can be fixed directly to the intermediate shelves without damage for transportation.
