Abstract

The procedure for handling pastry boats (1) comprises stages which consist in giving a row of boats (1A,1B,1C,1D) an arched shape so that the opposite faces of two neighbouring pastry boats are parallel and contiguous. A pair of clamps grab hold of the row by its end and exert a transverse clamping.
