Abstract

The present invention relates to a device which has a heat exchanger in the form of two or more panel radiators parallel to one another, and a cavity which surrounds these panel radiators and is surrounded by a wall, said panel radiators being flowed through by hot water, while heated domestic water can be removed from the cavity. Such devices consisting of a heat exchanger, which is flowed through by hot water, with a heat accumulator for domestic hot water supply are known. To overcome the disadvantages of the state of the art, the device described below is proposed. The device consists of a heat exchanger, which in turn consists of a number of panel radiators (1) which are flowed through by hot water and which are arranged in a closed housing (2), and is suitable for space heating and for domestic hot water supply and characterised by a regulating device. To regulate the temperature and the domestic hot water supply and/or the temperature of the domestic hot water, a manually operable hand regulator (9) is built into the heating forward run, which is functionally connected to a probe (13) which in turn is connected via a capillary tube (16) to the cold water supply, the device moreover being characterised in that the hand regulator (9) interrupts the domestic hot water supply with short opening and closing times of approximately 7 seconds, the probe (13) being functionally connected to the hand regulator (9) and to the capillary tube (16) which in turn is arranged in the cold water supply pipe. <IMAGE>
