Eummetverschluss.
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Kummetverschluss dessen Formgebung eine besonders einfache Herstellung der Einzelteile durch Stanzarbeit und Gesenkarbeit sowie die Verbindung derselben durch eine geringstmögliche Zahl von Schweissnähten gestattet.
Das Wesen der Erfindung besteht darin, dass je zwei Einzelteile (Gabelteile) derart gestaltet sind, dass sie durch Verbindung mittels Schweissung Gabeln zur Befestigung an den Kummethölzern bilden, deren eine zu einer Hülse von rechteckigem Querschnitt und deren andere zu einem in diese Hülse passenden Zapfen von rechteckigen Querschnitt ausgebildet sind.
In der Zeichnung ist der Erfindungsgegenstand in einer beispielsweisen Ausführungsform in Fig. 1 in der Seitenansicht und in Fig. 2 im Schnitt nach l1-B der Fig. 1 dargestellt.
Die Gabelteile 1 und 2 sind so gestaltet, dass sie durch Verbindung an den Schweissstellen 5 und 6 eine Hülse von rechteckigein Querschnitt bilden, während die symmetrischen Gabelteile. 3 und -1 durch Verbindung in der Schweissfläche nach Linie 7 (Fig. 1) einen in die Hülse passenden rechteckigen Zapfen bilden.
Diese Art der Ausführung ermöglicht die Zusammenstellung aus nur vier im Wesentlichen gleich gestalteten Einzelteilen (Gabelteilen), die durch Stanzen und einfaches Biegen z. B. im Gesenke, hergestellt und je zu zweien durch Schweissarbeit zu einem Verschlussteil vereinigt werden können.
