Dosenöffner mit Auftragvorrichtung für den Doseninhalt.
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen Dosenöffner, der mit einer Auftragvorrichtung versehen und insbesondere für solche Dosen geeignet ist, wie sie in der Farben-und Schuhcremeindustrie verwendet werden. Die Erfindung bezweckt einen Öffner zu schaffen, bei dem sowohl die Material-als auch die Herstellungskosten auf ein Minimum reduziert sind, die Gebrauehsfähigkeit und Zweckmässigkeit jedoch gegenüber den bekannten Öffnern noch gesteigert wird. Während zur Herstellung der bekannten Öffner, die aus Metall gestanzt oder gebogen werden, komplizierte und kostspielige Maschinen notwendig sind, kann man'den Öffner nach der Erfindung auf die einfachste Art und Weise ja sogar von Handaus herstellen.
Ein derartiger Öffner besteht gemäss der Erfindung aus einem vollkommen biegsamen, zwischen Deckel und Dosenrand einzuklemmenden Band, dessen Anwendung als Dosenöffner an sich bekannt ist, welcher jedoch an dem im Doseninnern liegenden Ende mit der Auftragvorrichtung verbunden ist, während das andere Ende frei nach aussen ragt.
Für geringere Öffnungskräfte ist es zweckmässig, das Band aus Gewebe herzustellen, da dieses bei genügender Festigkeit am biegsamsten ist, man kann jedoch zu seiner Herstellung auch dünne Streifen aus Material von grösserer Festigkeit, wie Leder oder auch Metall verwenden, falls die zum Öffnen notwendigen Kräfte einen zu raschen Verschleiss des Gewebes zur Folge hätten, wobei es jedoch in jedem Falle vorteilhaft ist, am freien Ende des Bandes eine Handhabe in Form eines Ringes oder Bügels anzubringen. Unter den vielen möglichen Ausführungsformen von Auftragvorrichtungen ist es am zweckmässigsten, gemäss der Erfindung ein Säckchen (Fingerling) zu verwenden, das durch einen Haft, eine Niete oder durch Nähen an dem im Innern der Dose liegenden Ende des Bandes befestigt ist.
Dies gewährt den Vorteil, dass der Finger beim Aufstülpen des Säckchens nicht beschmutzt wird, da immer nur die Aussenflächen desselben mit dem Doseninhalt in Berührung kommt.
Zum Öffnen der Dose genügt ein geringer Zug nach oben am freien Ende des Bandes, um den Deckel zu heben, da ein Herausgleiten des Bandes zwischen Deckel und Dosenrand dadurch verhindert ist, dass sich die im Innern der Dose befindlichen Auftragvorrichtung, die mit dem Band fest verbunden ist, gegen den Dosenrand abstiitzt, und derart das Band in seiner Lage festhält.
PATENT-ANSPRÜCHE :

Dosenöffner mit Auftragvorrichtung für den Doseninhalt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein aus biegsamem Material bestehendes, zwischen Deckel und Dosenwand eingeklemmtes Band an seinem im Innern der Dose liegenden Ende mit einer Auftragvorrichtung versehen ist, während das andere Ende frei nach aussen ragt, derart, dass die Auftragvorrichtung das Herausziehen des Bandes bei geschlossener Dose verhindert.

The aim of the invention is to create an opener in which both the material and the manufacturing costs are reduced to a minimum, but the usability and usefulness are increased compared to the known openers. While complicated and expensive machines are necessary to manufacture the known openers which are stamped or bent from metal, the opener according to the invention can even be manufactured by hand in the simplest possible way.
According to the invention, such an opener consists of a completely flexible band to be clamped between the lid and the edge of the can, the use of which is known as a can opener, but which is connected to the applicator at the end located inside the can, while the other end protrudes freely outwards .
For lower opening forces, it is advisable to make the band from fabric, as this is the most flexible if it is sufficiently strong, but you can also use thin strips of material of greater strength, such as leather or metal, if the forces necessary to open it would result in too rapid wear of the fabric, although it is always advantageous to attach a handle in the form of a ring or bracket to the free end of the tape. Among the many possible embodiments of applicator devices, it is most expedient to use a bag (finger cot) according to the invention, which is attached to the end of the tape located inside the can by means of an adhesive, a rivet or by sewing.
This grants the advantage that the finger is not soiled when the bag is turned over, since only the outer surfaces of the bag come into contact with the contents of the can.
