  Kopiereinrichtung für Werkzeugmaschinen. 



   Gegenstand der Erfindung ist eine Kopiereinrichtung, bei der die Kopierbewegung von einem mehrfach überhöhten Musternocken abgeleitet wird, der mit dem zu kopierenden Werkstück auf der gleichen Welle angeordnet und mit diesem fest gekuppelt ist. Bei den bis jetzt verwendeten Kopiereinrichtungen, die überhöhte Kopiernocken verwenden, war der   Mustemocken   in der Schwinge in einem entsprechend grösseren Abstand vom Drehpunkt der Schwinge gelagert als das Werkstück und mussten daher beide Wellen durch Zahnradgetriebe miteinander gekuppelt werden. Erfindungsgemäss werden diese Nachteile durch Wegfall der Zahnräder beseitigt und wird überdies bei gleichzeitiger Verbilligung der Maschine eine erhöhte Genauigkeit der Arbeit erzielt. 



   In der Zeichnung ist eine beispielsweise Ausführungsform der Erfindung in Fig. 1 in schaubildlicher Darstellung in Anwendung für eine Rundschleifmaschine dargestellt. während Fig. 2 die zugehörige kinematische Skizze gleichfalls in schaubildlicher Darstellung versinnbildlicht. 



   Auf dem normalen Schleifmaschinentisch 1 ist der Grundwinkel 2 befestigt, um dessen beide Augenlager 3 und 4 die Schwinge 5 schwingt, die durch eine zwischen beide geklemmte Schraubenfeder 14 vom Grundwinkel 2 weggedrückt wird und durch Vermittlung des Stahlbandes 13 und des Hebels 11 den Schieber 10 stets an die Kopiernocken 7 andrückt. In dieser Schwinge ist die Welle 6 gelagert, die durch Vermittlung der   Riemenseheibe   9 den auf ihr befestigten   Kopiernocken   7 und das Werkstück 8 in Drehung setzt. 



   Der überhöhte Kopiernocken 7 bewegt dabei den in der Konsole 15 des Grundwinkels 1 geführten federbelasteten Schieber 10, der durch Vermittlung des Hebels 11, der um den im Grundwinkel festen Zapfen schwingt und über das Stahlband 13 die Kopierbewegung reduziert auf die Schwinge5 und damit auf das Werkstück 8 überträgt.

   The subject of the invention is a copying device in which the copying movement is derived from a pattern cam which is raised several times and which is arranged on the same shaft with the workpiece to be copied and is firmly coupled to it. In the copier devices used up to now, which use raised copier cams, the pattern cam was mounted in the rocker arm at a correspondingly larger distance from the pivot point of the rocker arm than the workpiece and therefore both shafts had to be coupled to one another by gear drives. According to the invention, these disadvantages are eliminated by eliminating the gears and, moreover, while the machine is cheaper, increased work precision is achieved.



   In the drawing, an exemplary embodiment of the invention is shown in FIG. 1 in a diagrammatic representation in use for a cylindrical grinding machine. while FIG. 2 likewise symbolizes the associated kinematic sketch in a diagrammatic representation.
