In diesem Apparat sondern

Process for clarification and purification of exhaust steam and feed water.

Part of the exhaust steam is first precipitated and de-oiled in a known manner by sprinkling and contact with obstacle walls and the resulting leather knocking water with the added oil is removed in an equally known manner through a grate arranged at the bottom of the precipitation container. The invention consists in that the de-oiled, excess exhaust steam from the container is passed through a heating coil through a feed water purifier to a coke filter and at the same time the rainwater mixed with the 01 is passed through a sludge separator to an oil collector and from there also to the coke filter of the feed water purifier.

A device is used to carry out the method, the entire system of which is shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 in vertical longitudinal section and in plan.

The exhaust steam to be de-oiled is fed to the cleaner through a pipe b. By doing

which lead the exhaust steam on zigzag paths to the outlet line e. On the way through the cleaning tank, the exhaust steam is largely precipitated in a known manner by sprinkling with the showerheads / *. Above the funnel-shaped bottom g there is a grate k, which has the purpose of creating an obstacle to the exhaust steam so that it no longer has any power to fling the oily rainwater that runs into the funnel-shaped space g back and forth.

The oily water, which is contaminated with other admixtures or impurities, goes down into a sludge separator i, which consists of a box-shaped vessel with a vertical partition that does not reach all the way to the bottom, dividing the box into two chambers, a larger inlet and a smaller one Exit chamber, disassembled. In the latter there is a sieve that traverses the chamber before the outlet to hold back the last impurities. But in this apparatus
