Verfahren zum Abdichten der Rückschlagventile von Drucitmittelbehältern.
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Abdichten von von innen her durch Rückschlagventile verschlossenen Druckmittelbehältern. Das Veifahren besteht darin, dass der Verschlusskölper von innen her durch bedeutende Erhöhung des Innendruckes mittels Erwärmung so fest auf seinen Sitz gepresstwird, dass eine einer homogenen Verbindung gleichkommende Anlagerung der gepressten und hiedurch dauernd veränderten Stellen stattfindet.
Die Zeichnung veranschaulichtin Fig. 1 teilweise im Schnitt eine Ausführungsform eines zur Durchführung des Verfahrens geeigneten Druckmittelbehälters. Fig. 2 zeigt einen solchen Druckmittelbehälter in einem Gefäss mit heisser Flüssigkeit liegend.
In Fig. 1 ist a der z. B. mit flüssiger Kohlensäure gefüllte, mittels des Kugelventil k abgedichtete Druckmittelbehälter. Wird ein solcher Behälter in das heisse Flüssigkeit enthaltende Gefäss eingelegt, so wird sein Innendruck durch die Erwärmung auf mehrere hundert Atmosphären gesteigert und die Verschlusskugel 7c um eine gewisse Strecke tiefer in ihren z. B. konischen Sitz gepresst, wodurch dann die beabsichtigte, einer homogenen Verbindung gleichkommende Anlagerung der gepressten Stellen stattfindet.
Ob das erforderliche Mass des Anpressungsdruckes bei der Ausführung des Verfahrens erreicht mithin das Ventil um das zur Erreichung der homogenen Anlagelung notwendige Stück tiefer in seinen Sitz hineingepresst worden ist, lässt sich mittels eines in die Mündung des Druckmittelbehälters bis an das Ventil heran eingeführten Stichmasses feststellen.
An Stelle der Kugel kann auch ein anderer Verschlusskörper, z. B. ein Ventilkegel, Verwendung finden. Die in dem Behälter a gezeichnete Feder t, die mittels eines Trichters t auf die Kugel einwirkt,
