Daily change cassette for films or records.
The invention relates to a daylight change cassette for films or plates, in which the plates stored in a stack are coupled to the slip-on box and changed by pulling it out and pushing it in. Such a device is already known. With this, the disc to be changed (or the film) falls to the bottom of the cassette under its own weight after the removable drawer has been pulled out. When changing, the next plate falls onto it and behind the unexposed plate stack and so on. This cassette must be brought into a horizontal position for changing. In order to be able to bring about the change in any position, according to the invention the raised plate is pressed by springs over guide strips and steered backwards by these during insertion.
In the drawing, an embodiment of the invention is shown, u. Between Fig. 1 the cassette closed with a partial interior view, in Fig. 2 in longitudinal section during plate change, in Fig. 3 in top view and in Fig. 4 in cross section A-B of Fig. 2.
The interchangeable cassette consists of the stacking cardboard d and the slip-on cardboard e reaching over it, which is guided in a light-tight manner in a double fold d of the cardboard. The carton e has a coupling angle / for the hooks e, which angle can be displaced in a guide g and can be adjusted by a handle / on a scale s located on the outside of the changeable drawer e (FIG. 3). The horizontal leg of the angle 1 lies in the path of the plate hook e.
In the stacking box d, curved guide strips h are attached to the two side walls around stop

The back plate n is provided with longitudinal springs n in a known manner. In addition, the plate m below has a transversely attached leaf spring o.
The handling and mode of operation of the interchangeable cassette is:
If the coupling angle 1 is at zero, i.e. in the initial position, no plate can be changed. To change the first exposed plate, the angle / must be moved so that it engages under the hook e of the foremost plate. When the slip-on box e is then pulled up, the coupled plate is pulled up with its frame b, the tongues i! remain stretched until the plate is moved over the stops k. If the plate is free at the bottom, it is pushed back by the tongues I (Fig. 2) so that it hangs over the guides h.
Now the slip-on box e is pushed downwards and the plate is pushed backwards behind the unexposed plates by sliding along the guides A. During the downward movement of the slip-on box e, the coupling bracket 1 is initially supported on the plate that is still pulled up, the hook of which slides off the bracket during the further downward movement. This is then free again for coupling the next plate.
The plate pushed down comes to rest on the spring o and consequently protrudes over the unexposed plate. The purpose of this is to ensure that the next raised plate cannot hit the one that has already been lowered, but is pushed in before the last one raised.
