Loltomotivdampfzylinder.
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf Lokomotivzylinder, deren Zylindermantel seitlich Anschlussflanschen zum Anschluss eines sämtliche Dampfverteilungsorgane enthaltenden, mit Stehbolzen befestigten Steuerungsgehäuses besitzt.
Den Gegenstand der Erfindung bildet eine besondere Anordnung der Stehbolzen, darin bestehend, dass diese Stehbolzen ausserhalb der Flanschflächen am Zylindergussstück sitzen. Dies ergibt eine einfache und sichere Verbindung des Zylindergussstückes mit dem Steuerungsgehäuse.
Auf der Zeichnung ist eine beispielsweise Ausführungsform eines solchen Zylinders in Fig. 1 im Längsschnitt und in Fig. 2 im Querschnitt dargestellt. a ist das Zylindergussstück, welches ein einfaches Führungsrohr bildet, an dem seitlich der Befestigungsflansch b angegossen ist. An den Enden des Zylinders sind lediglich Anschlussflanschen c und d angeordnet, die einen Teil der Überströmkanäle bilden. Auf die oberen Flächen dieser Flanschen setzt sich das hier nicht gezeichnete Steuerungsgehäuse, welches sämtliche Dampfverteilungs-und Steuerorgane enthält und beispielsweise mittels vier Schrauben e mit dem Zylinder fest verbunden ist. Diese Schrauben sind Stehbolzen, die ausserhalb der Flanschflächen in Angüssen des Zylinderguss- stückes sitzen.
Durch die Ansätze c'und d'der Zylinderflanschen c und d und anderseits durch am Steuerungsgehäuse sitzende, die Zylinderflanschen übergreifende Leisten wird bewirkt, dass die Verbindung unverschiebbar ist.

The invention relates to locomotive cylinders, the cylinder jacket of which has connection flanges on the side for connecting a control housing which contains all the steam distribution elements and is fastened with stud bolts.
The subject of the invention is a special arrangement of the stud bolts, consisting in that these stud bolts sit outside the flange surfaces on the cylinder casting. This results in a simple and secure connection between the cast cylinder and the control housing.
In the drawing, an exemplary embodiment of such a cylinder is shown in Fig. 1 in longitudinal section and in Fig. 2 in cross section. a is the cylinder casting, which forms a simple guide tube onto which the fastening flange b is cast on the side. At the ends of the cylinder only connection flanges c and d are arranged, which form part of the overflow channels. The control housing (not shown here) sits on the upper surfaces of these flanges and contains all the steam distribution and control elements and is firmly connected to the cylinder, for example by means of four screws e. These screws are studs that sit outside of the flange surfaces in sprues of the cylinder casting.
The projections c 'and d' of the cylinder flanges c and d and, on the other hand, by means of strips sitting on the control housing and overlapping the cylinder flanges, ensure that the connection cannot be moved.
