Glasblasemaschine.

Glass blowing machine.
The invention is directed to a glass blowing machine, in particular for manual operation, in which the molten glass enters the upright preform from below. The invention aims. to produce a machine that works with a single form set and with simple drive means that is suitable for manual operation. This object is essentially achieved by the symmetrical arrangement of a single drive shaft to the shaping parts. what follows from the simplicity of the means of actuation, furthermore from the arrangement of that lying shaft above the forms. whereby space is given for the filling of the preform from below.
The invention has been illustrated schematically in the drawings, for example. 1 is a front view and FIG. 2 is a side view of the machine.
EMI1.1
The sprocket 9 has a pin for a link 11, which is connected to a Q. erstück 12 as a carrier of the bottom M shape. The piece 72 is moved up and down in this way while being guided by the column 2.
The upper shaft 4 takes two keyed disks 77 and 7J as well as an eccentric in addition to the Kettemad. which operates an eccentric rod 16. The disc 15 is equipped with a pin 45 for the two links 17 and 18, but at the same time in opposite directions. two levers 19 and 20 mounted on the frame can swing out. These two levers are controlled by the adjustable rods 21

get the rods 21 and 22 connected to the lever 19 and 20, the forward and backward movement is transmitted by suitable means to both halves of a mold.
EMI1.3
A support 32 for the neck shape is arranged in the axis of the machine. u. betw. loosely placed on the frame 3. so that the shape can freely adjust to the receiving shape 33 end of the finished shape: 34

Mandrel carrier 35. which is moved by the eccentric rod 16 and is equipped with the mandrel 44.
On the frame. 3, the two valve boxes 36, 37 are attached. The box 36 connects a pipe 38 with a secondary pressure generator, the box 37 a pipe 39 with a high pressure generator.
The two boxes 36 and 37 are connected to the mold carrier 32 by a common line 40. where the line ends at 41. The two valve spindles are in the same plane and are operated by a single stop 42 on the disk 14. The effects of the stop are therefore always offset from one another by 180 @. by virtue of the position of the valves themselves.
<Desc / Clms Page number 2>
The machine works as follows: In the position of the parts shown, the neck and socket shape is; 3. 3 is closed and the valve 36 connected to the reduced pressure generator is activated by the stop 43. The reduced pressure is propagated to the neck shape and the receiving shape. At this point, a ladle 43 filled with glass is placed under the receiving mold. so the glass is sucked to fill the receiving mold and the neck mold. You remove the trowel. so you only need to separate the glass between the pick-up and the ladle by moving scissors at will in order to get a real bottle item.
After this work you turn the disc-? and the shaft 4 by 18n \, whereby the following adjustments are brought about.
The connection with the low pressure generator is interrupted. The bottom shape 7J on the bottom support 12, which the handlebars move n. The wheel 9 and the chain 8, goes up to the contact with the lower end of the message in a bottle. The receiving form 33 opens. while the message in a bottle remains hanging on the neck shape, and the finished form 34 closes around this item by virtue of the

body on.
Once this work is done. if you turn the disk 5 further by 180. whereby the
