Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf Schlauchverbindungen, bei denen ein über einen konischen Kopf eines Anschlussstückes geschobenes Schlauchende durch einen konischen Hals einer auf dieses Anschluss-

Die Erfindung bezweckt, Torsionsbeanspruchungen des Schlauchendes beim Festklemmen ohne Minderung der Klemmwirkung zu vermeiden und besteht in der Anordnung eines auf dem Kopf des An- schlussstückes unter dem Schlauchende lose sitzenden Hütchens, welches der Form des Kopfes angepasst ist. Bei gegenseitiger Verdrehung von Anschlussstück und Kappe gleitet das Hütchen mit seiner Innenfläche auf dem Anschlussstück und das Schlauchende bleibt von schädlicher Beanspruchung verschont.
In der Zeichnung ist der Erfindungsgegenstand in beispielsweiser Ausführungsform im Schnitt veranschaulicht.
Das mit einer Bohrung versehene Anschlussstück J besitzt ein Aussengewinde, auf welches eine Kappe 2 geschraubt ist. Der über dem konisch ausgebildeten Kopf 3 des Anschlussstückes befindliche Teil der Kappe ist etwas erweitert und geht in einen Hals 4 über. Das Schlauchende 5 wird bei gelockerter Kappe in deren Hals eingeschoben, dessen Rand 6 zur leichteren Einführung umgebördelt ist. Auf dem Kopf. 3 des Anschlussstückes ist ein an der Spitze mit einer Durchtrittsöffnung versehenes Hütchen 7 lose drehbar aufgesetzt. Das Anschlussstück besitzt einen geriefelten Bund 8 als Handhabe bei der Verdrehung.
Das in den Hals 4 eingeführte Schlauchende wird beim Auftreffen auf das Hütchen 7 trichterförmig ausgeweitet, so dass es, wenn die Konusfläche dem Hals 4 genähert wird, zwischen diesen Teilen zuverlässig festgeklemmt wird. Schädliche Torsionsbeanspruchung des Schlauchendes bei zunehmender Klemmwirkung wird durch das Hütchen 7 vermieden. das bei Drehung des Anschlussstückes auf dem letzteren gleitet. Gleitende Reibung findet wohl zwischen Hütehen und Anschlussstück. nicht aber am Schlauchende statt.
Zum Lösen der Verbindung genügen einige Drehungen des Anschlussstückes unter Festhalten der Kappe, worauf das Schlauchende herausgezogen werden kann.

The aim of the invention is to avoid torsional stresses on the hose end when it is clamped, without reducing the clamping effect, and consists in the arrangement of a cap that is loosely seated on the head of the connector under the hose end and adapted to the shape of the head. If the connection piece and cap are twisted in relation to each other, the inner surface of the cap slides on the connection piece and the hose end is spared harmful stress.

The connecting piece J, which is provided with a bore, has an external thread onto which a cap 2 is screwed. The part of the cap located above the conical head 3 of the connection piece is somewhat widened and merges into a neck 4. When the cap is loosened, the hose end 5 is pushed into its neck, the edge 6 of which is flanged for easier insertion. On the head. 3 of the connection piece, a cap 7 provided at the tip with a passage opening is placed loosely rotatable. The connection piece has a fluted collar 8 as a handle when rotating.
The tube end inserted into the neck 4 is widened in a funnel shape when it hits the cap 7, so that it is reliably clamped between these parts when the conical surface is approached to the neck 4. Harmful torsional stress on the hose end with increasing clamping effect is avoided by the cap 7. which slides on the latter when the connector is turned. Sliding friction probably takes place between the hat and the connector. but not at the end of the hose.
A few turns of the connector while holding the cap are sufficient to release the connection, after which the end of the hose can be pulled out.
