   Gegenstand der Erfindung ist eine Einrichtung an   Kaffemühlen,   welche sowohl deren Handhabung und Bedienung vereinfacht, als auch eine gefällige Formgebung gestattet. Bei den bekannten Mühlen wird als Deckel eine geteilte Blechkalotte verwendet, deren eine Hälfte am oberen Mühlenrand fix vernietet ist, während die zweite Hälfte um ein Scharnier drehbar gelagert ist und zur Beschickung horizontal aus der   Verschlusslage   ausgeschwenkt wird, worauf der Verschluss durch einfaches Zurückschwenken ohne irgendwelche Verriegelung erfolgt. Dies hat den Nachteil, dass bei Betätigung der Mühle der Deckel von selbst sich leicht öffnet und die Bohnen herausspringen, oder aber der Deckel dauernd von Hand aus in die Verschlussstellung gedrückt werden muss.
