Die Erfindung bildet ein Säschar, mit dem eine flache Saatfurche hergestellt und der Boden der Furche geebnet und gedichtet wird. Das Schar weist zu diesem Zweck eine horizontale Schneidplatte, eine vertikale Prallwand und eine aufwärts reichende häufelpflugartige Verlängerung der Prallwand auf.
Die Schneidplatte ist zweckmässig hinter der vertikalen Prallwand als Glättungsplatte nach hinten fortgesetzt und nach unten geneigt.
Die Zeichnung veranschaulicht die Säschar nach der Erfindung in einer beispielsweisen Ausführungsform in den Fig. 1 und 2 in Seitenansicht bzw. in Draufsicht und in einer zweiten Ausführung in Fig. 3 in Seitenansicht.
Das Schar ist zweckmässig an der Auswurfrinne (Saatleitungsrohr) 17 des Pfluges angebracht und besteht aus einer horizontalen Schneidplatte 16a (Fig. 1 und 2), einer vertikalen Prallwand 16e und einer aufwärtsreichenden keil-oder häufelpflugartigen Verlängerung 16b der Prallwand 16e.

Wenn die Bodenbeschaffenheit es verlangt, dass die geschlossene Saatfurche gedichtet wird, ist es zweckmässig, die Schneidplatte 16a hinter der vertikalen Prallwand 16c als Glättungsplatte 36 nachhinten fortzusetzen und diese nach unten zu neigen (Fig. 1 und 2).
Das Festigen oder Verdichten der Saatfurche hat die Wirkung, dass die in die Furche zurückgeworfene, die Saat deckende Erdschicht an allen Stellen gleiche Dicke erhält und die Saat gegen Angriff von Vögeln, Mäusen und andern Tieren schützt.
Die Glättungsplatte 36 kann auch, wie Fig. 3 zeigt, an der Auswurfrinne 17 und mittels eines Trägers 36* an einer Tragstange 14 des Pfluges befestigt sein. Die Schneidplatte 16 ist in diesem Falle als Teil des Trägers 36* ausgebildet oder an diesem befestigt.

1. Säschar für Flachkultur, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dasselbe eine horizontale Schneidplatte (16a), eine vertikale Prallwand (16e) und eine aufwärtsgehende, häufelpflugartige Verlängerung (16b) der Prallwand aufweist.
