    Rotierender, doppelwandiger Auslaugeapparat.   



   Das Stammpatent Nr. 71347 bezieht sich auf einen rotierenden, doppelwandigen Auslaugeapparat, dessen besonderes Kennzeichen auswechselbare Rohre bilden, welche gleichzeitig zum Filtrieren der extrakthaitigen Lösung sowie zum Zerteilen und Mischen des Rohgutes dienen. Die vorliegende Erfindung stellt insofern eine Weiterbildung dieses Auslaugeapparates dar, als im Inneren der genannten Rohre eine Heizvorrichtung eingebaut ist. 



   Der technische Fortschritt beruht darauf, dass durch diese Heizvorrichtung ein besserer   Kl einlauf   der im Auslaugeapparat sich bildenden Lösung hervorgerufen, und hiedurch eine schnelleie und   gl Üncl-   lichere Auslaugung gewährleistet wird. Ausserdem hat der Einbau einer solchen Heizvorrichtung den weiteren grossen Vorteil, dass das Austreiben des Lösungsmittels aus den ausgelaugte Stoffen schneller erfolgt, als wenn die Wärme dem   auszulaugenden   Material nur durch die Doppelwand des Auslaugeapparates hindurch zugeführt wird. 



   Die Anordnung der Heizrohre ist auf der Zeichnung im Schnitt dargestellt. In den   senkrechten,   nebeneinander angeordneten Rohren 3 des zylindrischen, doppelwandigen   Auslaugeapparates 1   sind die Heizschlangen 12 angebracht. Die Einrichtung und Arbeitsweise der Vorrichtung ist die gleiche wie im Stammpatent beschrieben, nur mit dem Unterschiede, dass die in den Rohren 3 vorgesehenen Heizrohre die oben angegebene günstige Wirkung auf den   Arbeitsvorgang ausüben.   



   Es ist selbstverständlich, dass an Stelle der Rohrschlangen 12 auch andere Heizelemente zweckmässiger Art eingebaut werden können.

   The parent patent no. 71347 relates to a rotating, double-walled leaching device, the special feature of which is the form of exchangeable tubes, which are used to filter the extract-containing solution and to cut and mix the raw material. The present invention represents a further development of this leaching apparatus in that a heating device is built into the interior of the said tubes.



   The technical progress is based on the fact that this heating device causes a better drainage of the solution which forms in the leaching apparatus, and thus a faster and smoother leaching is guaranteed. In addition, the installation of such a heating device has the further great advantage that the solvent is expelled from the leached substances faster than if the heat is supplied to the material to be leached only through the double wall of the leaching apparatus.



   The arrangement of the heating pipes is shown in section on the drawing. In the vertical, side by side arranged tubes 3 of the cylindrical, double-walled leaching apparatus 1, the heating coils 12 are attached. The setup and operation of the device is the same as described in the parent patent, only with the difference that the heating pipes provided in the pipes 3 have the favorable effect indicated above on the working process.



   It goes without saying that other heating elements of an appropriate type can also be installed in place of the coils 12.
