Nach Fig. 1 ist nun auf den Wänden b der Motor q angeordnet, der auf eine Seil-oder Kettentrommel r arbeitet. Das Zugorgan v greift an den Gelenkpunkt s der Lasche o und der Fülltasche h an, während in dem Ausführungsbeispiel nach Fig. 2 das Heben und Senken der Fülltasche h durch ein Kurbelgetriebe erfolgt. Die Betriebsweise der vorliegenden Eimiehtung gestaltet sich wie folgt : Bei dem in bekannter Weise durch den Motor c erfolgenden Niedergang des Stempels u befindet sich die ausschwingbare Wand a' samt der Fülltasche h in der in vollen Linien dargestellten Lage und es wird in dem durch die Wände a, a' und b gebildeten Pressraum das vorher aufgegebene Gut in lotrechter Richtung zusammengepresst. Nachdem dann nach erfolgter Fertigpressung des Gutes durch den wagrechten Stempel t der Stempel u wieder nach oben bewegt ist, wird bei der Ausbildung nach Fig. 1 durch den Motor q mittels der Trommeln r die Fülltasehe h um den Bolzen g gekippt und aus der in vollen Linien dargestellten, in die strichpunktiert gezeichnete Lage gehoben.
Den gleichen Vorgang führt bei der Ausführung nach Fig. 2 das Kurbelgetriebe q', x, y, v'um den Bolzen g herbei. Bei dieser Kippbewegung der Fülltasche A wird gleichzeitig der Kniehebel k, nb mit dem Gelenkpunkt p infolge der gelenkigen Verbindung von Kniehebel und Füll- tasche nach oben ausgeknickt, was naturgemäss zur Folge hat, dass der schwingbare Teil der Wand a' aus der in vollen Linien dargestellten, in die strichpunktierte Lage ausschwingt und den zur Füllung dienenden Raum beträchtlich vergrössert. Das Pressgut rutscht dann aus der Fülltasche h in den Pressraum.
Nach erfolgter Füllung wird die Fülltasche h wieder durch Nachlassen des Zugorganes-p bzw. durch den Kurbelmechanismus gesenkt, wobei sich der Kniehebel k, m in die gestreckte Lage bewegt und hiedurch, wie oben beschrieben, gleichzeitig zur Arretierung der Wand a'dient.
Die Einrichtung stellt lediglich eine mögliche Ausführung der Erfindung dar, ohne diese selbst hierauf zu beschränken. Für die Erfindung ist es belanglos, in welcher Weise und durch welche Maschinenelemente die Bewegung der schwingbaren Seitenwände herbeigeführt wird. Es ist ohne weiteres möglich, statt einer besonderen Antriebsvorrichtung für die Tasche und die bewegliche Seitenwand die erforderlichen Bewegungen in Zwangläufigkeit von dem einen oder anderen Stempel zu bringen. Ebenso kann auch durch entsprechende Konstruktion die beschriebene Kniehebelwirkung erzielt werden, wenn die Fülltasche selbst ein Gelenkstück des Kniehebels bildet.
Die Erfindung wird lediglich darin erblickt, dass die Bewegung der ausschwenkbaren Seitenwände von den Bewegungen der Fülltasche oder sonstigen zum Pressvorgang gehörigen Bewegungen abgeleitet wird.
PATENT-ANSPRÜCHE :
1. Schrotpaketierpresse mit ausschwenkbaren Seitenwänden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bewegung der ausschwenkbaren Seitenwände oder der ausschwenkbaren Teile dieser Wände von den Bewegungen der Fülltasche oder einer sonst zum Pressvorgang erforderlichen Bewegung (der Pressstempel od. dgl.) abgeleitet wird.

The device merely represents one possible embodiment of the invention, without restricting it itself to this. For the invention it is irrelevant in which way and by which machine elements the movement of the swingable side walls is brought about. It is readily possible, instead of a special drive device for the pocket and the movable side wall, to force the required movements from one or the other punch. Likewise, the described toggle lever effect can also be achieved by means of a corresponding construction if the filling pocket itself forms a joint piece of the toggle lever.
The invention is only seen in the fact that the movement of the swing-out side walls is derived from the movements of the filling pocket or other movements associated with the pressing process.
