Stamping machine fir Betollhohlsteine u. Like. With a resiliently suspended punch.
The subject of the invention is a ramming machine for hollow concrete blocks with a resiliently suspended punch and manual operation. Up to now, these machines were built in such a way that the machine was suspended on springs. The punches movable in guides were directly operated by the worker by hand without interposed translation mechanisms and for the usable impact effect, therefore, only that part of the average effort of the worker remained that resulted after subtracting the force necessary to overcome the spring force and friction. According to the present invention, one obtains a tamper that runs more easily and less tiring the worker or achieves better work performance.

for the impact or.
The impact of the stamping organ results in excess force available and this excess force can be used either as a result of the increased impact effect to achieve molded stones with a denser structure, or to produce more stones, or to process large areas Zll.
An example embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is shown in the drawing. Fig. 1 shows a hollow stone ramming machine according to the present invention in a front view and Fig. 2 in a side view.
The carrier A for the ram B is suspended on the tension spring C, which returns it to its starting position in a known manner after each stroke. To move the punch B abruptly downwards, the worker actuates the handle or the handle bar E. This sits at the upper ends of the two levers d, which are located on the side of the machine and around the pins e el, which are in the bearings ff being held. The latter are screwed to the mold carrier D. A link a or a 'is connected to each of the levers d at e, and engages the punch carrier A at b.
When the levers d are pivoted down, the links a a 'and with them the carrier A and the punches are pulled downwards, with a force corresponding to the leverage, from which only the force required to overcome the spring force of C and the friction is deducted . At the lower end of the lever d, beyond the pivot point e, a counterweight G or a spring is provided for balancing the lever weight.
