Die Erfindung betrifft einen Beutel zur Verpackung und Zurschaustellung von frischen Mozzarella-Käse-Formen in ihrer Konservierungsflüssigkeit.The invention relates to a bag for packaging and displaying fresh forms of mozzarella cheese in their preservation liquid.
Es ist bekannt, daß es zur richtigen Konservierung von frischem Mozzarella-Käse notwendig ist, ihn mit besonderer Sorgfalt zu verpacken. Bei Kontakt mit Luft und mit atmosphärischem Staub ist eine Beeinträchtigung seiner organoleptischen Eigenschaften zu erwarten. Um dies zu verhindern, wurden bereits Beutel vorgeschlagen, in welchen gleichzeitig der Mozzarella-Käse und die Flüssigkeit, in welcher er konserviert wird, enthalten sind. Diese Verpackungstechnik ergibt jedoch infolge des wenig steifen Materials, aus welchem der Beutel hergestellt ist, das Problem einer hochgradigen strukturellen Biegsamkeit. Dies führt zu einer schlechten Präsentation des Produkts und dazu, daß es nicht möglich ist, viele Einzelstücke nahe aneinander zur Schau zu stellen, ohne das Risiko einer Veränderung der Form der Käsestücke einzugehen, so daß diese Problemlösung ungenügend ist.It is known that in order to properly preserve fresh mozzarella cheese it is necessary to pack it with special care.
