Selbsttätiger Wahlschalter für Fernsprechanlagen.
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf selbsttätige Wahlschalter für Fernsprechanlagen, deren
Kontaktarme an einem über der Drehachse in der Längsrichtung verschiebbar angeordneten
Träger befestigt sind.
Die Erfindung bezweckt, bei Wählern der oben angeführten Art einen die Genauigkeit der Einstellung der Kontaktarme ungünstig beeinflussenden toten Gang dieser Kontaktarme zu verhindern. Dies wird dadurch erreicht, dass die Kupplung des Kontaktarmträgers mit der Drehachse in einem in radialer Richtung möglichst weit von der Drehachse entfernten
Punkt erfolgt.
In der Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes in Fig. i in Vorderansicht und in Fig. 2 in Draufsicht nach der Schnittlinie A-B der Fig. i unter Fortlassung aller für die Erfindung unwesentlichen Teile gezeigt.
Auf die Drehachse a des Wählers ist der aus einer Hülse b gebildete Kontaktarmträger aufgeschoben. An diesem sind die Kontaktarme c befestigt, von denen aber nur einer dargestellt ist. Am oberen Ende der Hülse b ist eine durch eine Schaltklinke e und eine Sperrklinke f beeinflusste Triebstange d drehbar gelagert. Diese ist in einer nicht dargestellten Führungsvorrichtung lotrecht verschiebbar gelagert. Bei der Bewegung der Triebstange d wird der Kontaktarmträger b mitgenommen ; bei dessen Drehung durch die Drehachse a verharrt dagegen die Triebstange d in ihrer jeweils eingenommenen Stellung, in der sie durch die Klinke f gehalten wird. Am unteren Ende der Hülse b ist ein gabelförmig ausgebildeter Hebel g befestigt, der zur Führung eines Stiftes k dient.
Dieser Stift ist an den Enden zweier Mitnehmer i und i'der Drehachse a befestigt, Der obere Mitnehmer i greift dabei durch einen Längsschlitz k der Hülse b hindurch.
Wenn der Kontaktarmträger b um eine bestimmte Anzahl Schritte gehoben ist, so wird die Achse a schrittweise gedreht. Infolge der Kupplung durch den Hebel g, den Stift h und die Mitnehmer i, i'werden durch die Drehachse die Hülse b und die Kontaktarme mitgenommen und zu den festen Kontakten q des Kontaktfeldes eingestellt. Da die Kupplung der an dem Kontaktarmträger und an der Drehachse befestigten Teile durch den Stift h in einem gewissen radialen Abstand von der Drehachse erfolgt, ist der Einfluss eines zwischen den Kupplungsteilen vorhandenen Spieles ein der Länge des Radius entsprechend geringerer, als. wenn die Kupplung unmittelbar an der Drehachse ausgeführt wäre. Die Einstellung der Kontaktarme ist folglich wesentlich genauer. Störungen, die im Betriebe durch ungenaue Einstellung der Kontaktarme eintreten können, sind daher vermieden.
PATENT-ANSPRÜCHE : i. Selbsttätiger Wahlschalter für Fernsprechanlagen, dessen Kontaktarme an einem über der Drehachse in der Längsrichtung verschiebbaren Träger befestigt sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kupplung des Kontaktarmträgers mit der Drehachse in einem in radialer Richtung möglichst weit von der Drehachse entfernten Punkte erfolgt, zum Zweck, einen toten Gang der Kontaktarme zu verhindern.
