  Elektrischer Tauchheizer.

PATEXT-AXSPRÜCHE : i.

  Electric immersion heater.

The invention relates to an electrical immersion heater (immersion heater), the essence of which is that a plate carrying the heating wire is arranged between two cover plates that are parallel to one another at a distance from them and all the plates are connected to one another by rivets.
 EMI1.1

The heater consists of a perforated, 4 to 6 MM thick Eternit or enamelled sheet metal plate a, which is sawn into the two long sides (at c) for the purpose of attaching the heating wire b. Cekas wire is used as the resistance wire, the individual windings of which are arranged close to one another and are inserted into the notches and tightly encircle the heating plate.

The strength and length of the resistance wire depends on the power consumption.

The two ends d and e of the resistance wire are wound into the stranded wire. The

Holes provided in the heating plate. f are used to introduce the connecting rivets g at the four corners.

The two cover plates are identical in size and thickness i. k are made of Eternit or metallic material.

Metal eyelets m are inserted into the holes l of the cover plate. The holes h in the heating plate and the openings l in the cover plate serve to accelerate the liquid cycle and to better utilize the heat. The cover plates protect the heating plate from damage and ensure safe handling.

The cover plates are placed on the upper and lower surface of the radiator at the four corners using a 4 to 5 thick insert and connected with aluminum rivets. To protect the radiator, aluminum shields o are arranged on the two long sides of the heater.

Instead of being flat, the cover plates of the immersion heater can also be curved and provided with an all-round edge strip. When using these box lid-like cover plates, the arrangement of the rings 1t is omitted, since the cover plates with their edge strips lie directly on the heating plate and thereby hold the plate a in place with the aid of the rivets g.

PATEXT-AX Slogans: i. Electric immersion heater, characterized in that a plate carrying the heating wire is arranged between two cover plates which are parallel to one another at a distance from them
