Abstellvorrichtung für Jacquardstühle.
Den Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung bildet eine Vorrichtung, welche einen Jacquardstuhl abstellt, wenn ein Carabinerhaken reisst oder sich loslöst, oder wenn eine Hebeschnur (Korde) reisst.
Diese Abstellvorrichtung ist in Fig. 1 und 2 beiliegender Zeichnung in zwei Stellungen perspectivisch dargestellt ; Fig. 3 zeigt einen Längsschnitt durch das Rohr 8.
Der Apparat besteht im wesentlichen aus einem mit einem Fangtuch 10 versehenen, in dem Gestelle 5 drehbar gelagerten Rahmen 6, welcher durch ein auf das Ende der Rahmenleiste 7 aufgeschraubtes Gewicht 13 ausbalanciert, bezw. in wagrochter Lage erhatten wird. Unterhalb der Leiste 7 ist ein beiderseits geschlossenes Rohr 8 befestigt, in welchem sich einige Metallkugeln 9 befinden, die in der in Fig. 1 gezeichneten Stellung im rechten Rohrende liegen. Unterhalb des Rohres 8 ist am Gestelle ein Ansatz 16 be- festigt, auf welchem das Rohr 8 in ausbalancierter Lage aufliegt. Das Rohr 8 kann eventuell entfallen und die Leiste 7 als Rohr zur Aufnahme der Kugeln 9 ausgebildet sein.
An den dem Gewichte 13 gegenüberliegenden Ende der Leiste 7 ist eine Schnur 12 befestigt, welche andererseits an einem Umschalter 2 angeknüpft ist. Der letztere ist um einen am Schusswächter angebrachten Bolzen 2'drehbar und wird durch ein Gewicht 15 in der in Fig. 1 gezeichneten Lage erhalten. Der bekannte, um den Bolzen 3'schwingende Ausschalthebel 3 ist an seinem oberen Ende mit einer Einkerbung'l versehen und kommt bei der in Fig. 1 gezeichneten Lage des Umschalters 2 mit letzterem nicht in Berührung.
Wenn jedoch ein Carabinerhaken reisst oder sich loslöst oder eine Hobeschnur (Korde) reisst, so fällt das zugehörige Anhangeisen 14 auf das Fangtuch 10. Dadurch wird der Rahmen 6 in die in Fig. 2 dargestellte Lage verdreht und mit ihm unter Vermittlung der Schnur 12 der Umschalter 2. Letzterer legt sich dabei mit seiner Spitze in die Einkerbung des Ausschalters (Hammers) 3 und wird von diesem nach links verschoben.
Dadurch verschiebt sich auch der ihn tragende Schusswächterschlitten nach links und kommt in eine solche Stellung, dass er in bekannter Weise den Jacquardstuhl abstellt.
Die in dem Rohre 8 liegenden Kugeln 9 haben den Zweck, ein sicheres Verdrehen des
Rahmens beim Niederfallen eines Anhangeisens 14 zu bewirken, da sie beim kleinsten, auf das Fangtuch ausgeübten Druck in das linke Rohrende rollen.

The subject of the present invention is a device which turns off a jacquard chair when a snap hook breaks or comes loose, or when a lifting cord (cord) breaks.
This storage device is shown perspectivisch in Fig. 1 and 2 of the accompanying drawings in two positions; 3 shows a longitudinal section through the tube 8.
The apparatus consists essentially of a provided with a catch cloth 10, rotatably mounted in the frame 5 frame 6, which is balanced by a weight 13 screwed onto the end of the frame bar 7, respectively. is received in a wagon position. If, however, a snap hook breaks or comes loose or a lifting cord (cord) breaks, the associated anchoring iron 14 falls onto the catching cloth 10.
