   Diese   Schutzschiene   stellt im übrigen einen zweiarmigen Hebel dar, dessen kürzerer Arm einen Schraubenbolzen d trägt, welcher in einem an dem   Hefte   des Messers angebrachten Ftlhrungsschlitze e steckt. Auf diesem   Schraubenbzen sitzt   eine Flügelmutter, mit Hilfe deren die Schiene in ihrem Führungsschlitze festgeklemmt werden kann, derart, dass es möglich ist, die von der Schiene begrenzte Schnittfläche des Messers breit oder schmal zu stellen.

   Die Schiene dreht sich bei b um einen zweiten Schraubenbolzen (Fig. 1 und 2), auf welchem auf der entgegengesetzten Seite (Fig. 2) eine   Flügelmutter   f aufgeschraubt ist ; mit Hilfe dieser   Flügelmutter   kann man die Schiene fest gegen das Messer anziehen, so dass sie absoluten Schutz gegen ein Ausweichen des Messers nach der Haut   11 ! n   bildet. Die beschriebene Art der Befestigung und Verstellung der Schiene ist bekannt und bildet nicht den Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung.
