Elektrische kartenlose Jacquardmaschine.

Electric cardless jacquard machine.
The subject of the invention is an electric cardless jacquard machine, in which the control of the setting of the sinkers to the knife causing electromagnets is done by contact pins of one or more sample cards that come into contact with slide springs, with a number of electromagnets corresponding to the contact closures receive power.
The invention essentially consists in the fact that the sample boards are lifted along a vertical slide with their contact pins over contact springs and then automatically return to their starting point due to their own weight. With this facility, the number of panels participating in the circulatory movement can be

Line a-b in FIG. 2. FIG. 2 shows the movement device in a front view and FIG. 3 shows the circuit diagram of the device with the electromagnets of the circuit boards.
The weaving pattern is obtained by appropriate plugging of contact pins 14 in contact holes-M of one or more pattern panels 11. These are guided along the vertical front wall of a housing 22 and are lifted intermittently from row to row of the contact holes 12 by a ratchet mechanism 23, 24 actuated by the loom at appropriate speed or by gripping arms. Here, the contact pins 14 of a row come into contact each time with the slip springs 15 located above them, whereby, in a known manner, as can be seen from FIG. 3, the circuits of the electromagnets 7 corresponding to these contacts are closed and the associated circuit boards 3 are therefore coupled to the knife 4. will.
If a sample board is raised by its own height, a board located behind it slides to its starting point, with all contact holes. 12 get in front of a correspondingly large cutout 26 in the front wall of the housing 22 so that the inserted weave pattern remains visible during the weaving process.
The sample panels are lifted loosely one above the other up to a sliding surface 27 located behind them. At this height the uppermost sample board meets with its top; edge against the shorter arm of an angle lever 28, which is pivoted here, with its longer arm pressing the sample board onto the sliding surface 27. The panel now slides from this and then falls into an inclined sloping channel of the housing 22 located below, in which it reaches the starting point again.
The design of the guide housing 22 enables any number of sample boards to be circulated. Furthermore, the sample panel chain can be lengthened or shortened by adding or removing panels without interrupting the weaving process.
