Vorrichtung zum Halten von Schreibtischgeräten.
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Halten von Schreibtischgeräten wie Bleistift, Feder u. dgl., bei welcher der Bleistift, sobald man ihn freigibt, sich selbsttätig in die Vorrichtung bewegt und dann an derselben in der zum Erfassen bequemsten Lage, d. i. aufrechtstehend, gehalten wird. Die Vorrichtung besteht in Wesen aus einer an einer Tischkante, Pult oder einer Wand leicht abnehmbar befestigbaren Muschel mit zentraler Bohrung, in welcher eine Schnur o. dgl. lauft, die ein Gewicht trägt, welches das Bestreben hat, den Bleistift in die Muschel zu ziehen und dann aufrecht zu halten. Als Gewicht können auch andere Schreibtischgeräte wie : Federmesser, Bleistiftspitzer, Radiergummi, Schere u. dgl. verwendet werden.

In der Zeichnung ist der E. findungsgegenstand beispielweise an einen Bleistift dargestellt, und zwar zeigt : Fig. i die Vorrichtung in Ansicht bei aufrechtgehaltenem Bleistift, Fig. 2 die Muschel in Draufsicht und Fig. 3, 4 und 5 Teile der Vorrichtung im Längsschnitt in verschiedenen Ausführungen.
Eine Muschel 1 ist mit einer durchgehenden zentralen Bohrung 2 versehen, welche gegen die trichterförmige Muschelhöhlung 3 eine Erweiterung 4 aufweist, in welche eine den Bleistift 5 tragende Kapsel 6 passt. Diese ist an das eine Ende einer in der Bohrung 3 laufenden Schnur 7 befestigt, die am anderen Ende ein Gewicht 8 trägt. Das Gewicht hat das Bestreben, den Bleistift in die Muschelhöhlung 3 bzw. in die Erweiterung 4 zu ziehen und in aufrechter Lage zu halten, wobei das Aufrichten des Bleistiftes infolge der konischen Ausbildung der Muschelhöhlung sehr erleichtert wird.
Die Muschel wird an der Kante des Tisches, Pultes o. dgl. angesteckt oder an einer Wand befestigt. Zu diesem Zwecke ist an der abgestuft ausgebildeten Unterseite der Muschel eine federnde Klemme 9 angebracht, die durch ein Verlängerungsstück 10 zu einem Tragarm ausgebildet sein kann.
Damit das Gewicht 8 nicht in störender Weise pendelt, kann es in eine elastische Zunge 14 (Fig. 4) aus Gummi, Leder o. dgl. fortgesetzt werden, die in der Wirkungslage am Boden streift. Hierdurch wird, sobald sich das Gewicht dem Boden nähert und die Zunge 14 den Boden berührt, einerseits die Zugwirkung des Gewichtes 8 nicht völlig aufgehoben, andrerseits das Pendeln des Gewichtes 8 gehemmt.
Das Gewicht 8 kann auch als Gummihalter ausgebildet werden, oder aber die Kapsel 5 trägt einen Radiergummiring, der auch den Stoss des Bleistiftes gegen die Muschel 1 bei Bestätigung des Gewichtes mildert und das Aufrichten des Bleistiftes in der Muschelhöhle 3 erleichtert. Im diesem Falle wird auf das Gewicht 8 ein ringförmig ausgebildeter Radiergummi 12 (Fig. 4) aufgesetzt, oder der Radiergummi 12 (Fig. 3) in die genügend weite Bohrung 11 eingesteckt, im letzteren Falle ein ringförmig ausgebildeter Radiergummi 18 auf die Kapsel 6 (Fig. 5) in entsprechender Rille aufgesetzt.
