Lagergehäuse für Kugel-und Rollenlager.
EMI1.1
PATENT-ANSPRÜCHE : i.

Bearing housings for ball and roller bearings.
EMI1.1
is provided with lugs, which form the sections of a spherical zone, which engage in recesses in the bearing housing precisely fitting such that the bearing can be inserted into the bearing housing from the side and then rotated to prevent the displacement of the bearing in the axial direction.
In the drawing, Fig. 1 is an end view, partly in section, of a bearing according to the invention, Fig. 2 is an axial section, Fig. 3 is a plan view, partly in section. 4 and 5 show the bearing in a vertical and horizontal section with the shaft tilted.
The outer position: the housing 1 is turned out on the inner surface 2 according to a spherical surface, the center of which is marked with j; mem of the actual ball bearing collapses. In the outer bearing housing 1 rests the inner bearing housing, consisting of the part 3 and the cover 10. The part 3 is turned on the outside towards a spherical zone 4 which fits exactly into the spherically turned surface 2 of the bearing housing; the inside of the bearing housing is equipped with cutouts 5 which are evenly distributed around the circumference and which divide the spherically turned surface 2 into sections 6. Likewise is. the spherical zone 4 of the shell part 3 is divided into sections 7 by similar recesses J, which correspond to the central angle after the sections 6 of the housing 1.
The shell part J is inserted into the bearing housing by pushing the zone sections 7 through the recesses 5 of the bearing housing, whereupon the shell part 3 is rotated so that the sections 7 of the spherical zone 4 lie in front of the sections 6 of the spherical surface 2. To Beg enzung the rotational movements of the shell part 3 in the bearing housing to axes perpendicular to the shaft axis, one or more stops, for. B. screws 8 attached in the shell part 3, the heads of which have play in recesses 9 of the bearing housing. These screws also serve to connect the cover 10 to the shell part 3, by means of which the latter is sealed off.
The holes in the shell part 3 serving to accommodate the screws 8 can be used to introduce lubricant after the screws have been removed.
The shell part 3 and cover 10 enclose the ball or roller bearing completely and in a dust-tight manner. In order to improve the seal, as usual, a soft leather ring 15 is arranged around the shaft at each end of the bearing shell 3, -M '.
The outer race 11 of the bearing is held in the shell part 3 by a ring 12 and the cover 10, the inner race 13 sits on the shaft 14.
PATENT CLAIMS: i. Bearing housing for ball and roller bearings, characterized in that a bearing shell part (2) is inserted into the undivided bearing housing (1), which is equipped with a spherical zone-shaped recess (2) divided by cutouts (5) into sections evenly distributed around the circumference. 3) engages with corresponding sections (7) of a subdivided spherical zone (4) in such a way that the shell part (3) can be freely inserted from the side in the manner of a bayonet lock and then rotated.
