Zuckerhutpresse.
Die vorliegende Erfindung bezieht sich auf Verbesserungen der Zuckerhutpresse nach dem Stammpatente Nr. 60581, durch welche ein gleichmässig gepresstes und trockenes Produkt erhalten wird.
In der Zeichnung ist die verbesserte Zuckerhutpresse in Fig. i und 2 in zwei zueinander senkrechten Schnitten dargestellt.
Der Pressstempel besteht aus zwei Teilen 1 und 2, von welchen der obere gusseiserne Teil 2 mit Höhlungen 3 versehen und mit dem unteren aus nichtrostendem Metall hergestellten Teile 1 durch Schrauben 4 verbunden ist ; dieser Pressstempel ist auf der Platte 5 angeschraubt. In dem Pressstempel 1, 2 sind mehrere Löher 6 eingerichtet. Welche den Pressstempelraum mit den Höhlungen 3 verbinden. Nebstdem sind zwischen dem oberen Teil 2 des Pressstempels und der Platte 5 mehrere Rillen ? vorgesehen, welche letzteren die Verbindung der Hohlräume 3 mit der Aussenluft ermöglichen,
Diese Einrichtung verfolgt den Zweck, die Form beim Pressen der Zuckermasse zu entlüften, um gleichmässig gepresste Zuckerhüte zu erzielen.
Beim Herunterdrücken des Pressstempels 1, 2 gegen die Form 8 tritt nämlich die entweichende Luft durch die Löcher 6 in die Höhlungen 3 ein und von da durch, die Rillen f aus der Form heraus. Die durch die Löcher 6 eventuell mitgerissene Zuckermasse wird durch die Öffnungen 9 aus den Höhlungen 3 des oberen Pressstempelteiles entfernt.
Die weitere Verbesserung der Zuckerhutpresse besteht darin, dass in der Mitte der Stirnseite der unteren Pressformhälfte ein Loch 10 ausgeführt ist, durch welches eine lange Spitznadel 11 von aussen in die Form eingesteckt werden kann. Diese Nadel wird mittels eines an der Stirnseite der unteren Pressformhälfte angeschraubten Bügels 12 beim Pressen in der horizontalen Lage gehalten. Wenn die Form mit Zuckermasse gefüllt ist, wird die Nadel 11 in die Zuckermasse hineingestochen und nach dem Auspressen des Zuckerhutes herausgezogen, so dass in der Basis des Zuckerhutes ein langes Loch entsteht. Durch dieses Loch wird erreicht, dass beim Trocknen der Zuckerhüte die warme Luft auch von Innen des Zuckerhutes auf den Trocknungprozess einwirkt, wodurch der letztere verkürzt und nebstdem ein gleichmässig und vollkommen trockenes Produkt erzielt wird.
PATENT-ANSPRÜCHE : i. Zuckerhutpresse nach dem Stammpatente Nr. 60581, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der obere Teil (2) des Pressstempels an den Seiten Öffnungen (9) besitzt, um die Höhlungen (3) von in dieselben durch Luftlöcher (6) eindringenden Zuckermasse reinigen zu können.
2. Zuckerhutpresse nach dem Stammpatente Nr. 60581, gekennzeichnet durch die Anordnung einer in die Form durch deren die Basis des Zuckerhutes bildende Stirnseite einsteckbare Spitznadel (11), welche beim Pressen in der Form ruht, zum Zwecke, um in dem gepressten Zuckerhute ein Loch auszubilden.

The present invention relates to improvements in the sugar loaf press according to parent patent no. 60581, by means of which a uniformly pressed and dry product is obtained.

The further improvement of the sugar loaf press is that a hole 10 is made in the middle of the end face of the lower mold half, through which a long pointed needle 11 can be inserted into the mold from the outside. This needle is held in the horizontal position during pressing by means of a bracket 12 screwed onto the face of the lower mold half. When the mold is filled with sugar paste, the needle 11 is pierced into the sugar paste and pulled out after the sugar loaf has been pressed out, so that a long hole is created in the base of the sugar loaf. This hole ensures that when the sugar loafs are dried, the warm air also acts on the drying process from inside the sugar loaf, which shortens the drying process and, in addition, results in a uniform and completely dry product.
