  Verfahren zur Gewinnung von Lanolin aus Wollfett. 



   Den Gegenstand der Erfindung bildet ein Verfahren zur Gewinnung von Lanolin aus Wollfett.
Ein zu diesem   Zweck gegenwärtig gebräuchliches Verfahren besteht   darin, dass das Fett mit Atzlauge verseift und auf diese Weise eine   E, mulsion e-zeugt wird. aub weleller   das Lanolin durch Zentrifugieren   ahgesondert   wi d. Dieses Verfahren besitzt die Mängel, dass das sich in der Zentrifuge ausscheidende Lanolin stets   Verunreinigungen von Seife enth : ilt.   deren Entfernung weitere umständliche Massnahmen erfordert. 



   Es ist ferner ein Verfahren bekannt. bei welchem die Verseifung   mit Atzkalk erfolgt,   während zur Trennung der entstandenen Kalkseife vom Lanolin das Gemenge mit Aceton oder Benzol behandelt wird,   welche Stoffe Lösungsmittel   für Lanolin sind. dabei jedoch Kalkseife nicht lösen. Die Ausscheidung des Lanolins aus der Lösung wird nach in der Fettindustrie üblichen Methode bewerkstelligt. Dieses Verfahren. obwohl es bereits bedeutend einfacher als das zuerst beschriebene ist, besitzt diesem gegenüber den Nachteil, dass das gewonnene Lanolin niemals so weich ist, wie das durch Zentrifugieren gewonnene Produkt. 



   Nach dem den Gegenstand der Erfindung bildenden Verfahren wird zur Gewinnung des Lanolins aus dem Wollfett letzteres in bekannter Weise mit Ätzkalk verseift und aus dem ent-

   The subject matter of the invention is a process for obtaining lanolin from wool fat.
A method currently used for this purpose is that the fat is saponified with caustic lye and an emulsion is produced in this way. Also, the lanolin is separated out by centrifugation. This process has the drawback that the lanolin which separates out in the centrifuge always contains soap impurities. the removal of which requires further cumbersome measures.



   A method is also known. in which the saponification takes place with quicklime, while the mixture is treated with acetone or benzene, which substances are solvents for lanolin, to separate the resulting lime soap from the lanolin. however, do not dissolve lime soap.
