Die Fütterungsvorrichtung ist in der Zeichnung in Fig. 1 in einem Längsschnitt veranschaulich. Die Fig. 2 stellt eine Ansicht eines Vorratsbehälters für das Futtermittel und die Fig. 3 eine Ansicht der Fütterungsvorrichtung ohne den Vorratsbehälter dar.
Die Fütterungsvorrichtung besteht aus einem Teller a, einem Rohre b, einem Vorratsbehälter c und einem Deckel d. Der Teller a ist in der Mitte zu einem Kegel 1 ausgebildet und besitzt zwischen dem schrägen Tellerrand 2 und dem Kegel leine 1 ingförmige Rinne 3. Oberhalb des Kegels befindet sich ein von Stäben 4 getragenes Ruhr b. Das untere Ende des Rohres b ist mit einem rohrförmigen Schieber 6 versehen, mit dem die Öffnung z zwischen dem Kegel 1 und dem unteren Rande des Rohres b abgeschlossen oder je nach Bedarf mehr oder weniger geöffnet werden kann. Das obere Ende des Rohres b ist zu einem trichterförmigen Ansatz 8 verbreitert. welcher zum Tragen eines herausnehmbaren Vorratsbehälters c dient.
Dieser Vorratsbehälter ist ein zylindrisches, oben offenes Gefäss, dessen kegelstutzförmiger Boden 9 mit einem Kegelventil 10 versehen ist. Das Ventil 10 ist an einer Stange 12 befestigt, welche unten und oben in Querstücken 13 und 14 geführt ist. Durch Vermittlung einer zwischen dem Querstück 14 und einem Plättchen 16 am Ende der Stange J. 2 eingeschalteten Feder 15 wird das Ventil 10 beständig in geschlossener Lage erhalten. Der Deckel d sitzt auf dem Plättchen 16 auf und ist mit einem in Führungen 18 geführten und mittels zweier Kettchen 19 mit dem Rohre b ver- bundenen Drahtbügel 17 versehen.
Der Bügel 17 ruht im Ruhezustande auf einem Knopfe 20 des Deckels auf und es dient dieser Bügel zum Tragen der ganzen Vorrichtung ; beim Erfassen schiebt sich der Bügel in die gestrichelte Lage (Fig. 1) herauf und die Kettchen spannen sich.
Wird der Knopf 20 des Deckels d erfasst, so kann dieser gehoben und seitwärts bewegt werden.
Der Vorratsbehälter c kann sodann herausgenommen werden, worauf mittels des Deckels d der Trichter 8 des Rohres b zugedeckt wird, wie in Fin. 3 veranschaulicht ist. Wenn der Vorratsbehälter c von neuem angefüllt wurde, wird er auf das Rohr b aufgestckt und mit dem Deckel d verschlossen. Infolge des Druckes von oben auf den Deckeel d öffnet sich das Ventil 10 und das Korn fällt aus dem Vorratsbehälter c in das Rohr t es sich je nach Bedarf ganz oder teil- weise anfüllt. The feeding device is illustrated in the drawing in FIG. 1 in a longitudinal section. FIG. 2 shows a view of a storage container for the feed and FIG. 3 shows a view of the feeding device without the storage container.
The feeding device consists of a plate a, a tube b, a storage container c and a lid d. The plate a is designed in the middle to form a cone 1 and has between the inclined plate rim 2 and the cone leash 1 ing-shaped channel 3. Above the cone is a rod 4 borne Ruhr b. The lower end of the tube b is provided with a tubular slide 6 with which the opening z between the cone 1 and the lower edge of the tube b can be closed or opened more or less as required. The upper end of the tube b is widened to form a funnel-shaped extension 8. which is used to carry a removable storage container c.
This storage container is a cylindrical, open-topped vessel, the conical base 9 of which is provided with a conical valve 10. The valve 10 is attached to a rod 12 which is guided in cross pieces 13 and 14 at the top and bottom. By means of a spring 15 connected between the crosspiece 14 and a plate 16 at the end of the rod J. 2, the valve 10 is kept constantly in the closed position. The cover d sits on the plate 16 and is provided with a wire bracket 17 guided in guides 18 and connected to the tube b by means of two chains 19.
The bracket 17 rests in the rest state on a button 20 of the lid and this bracket is used to carry the entire device; when grasping the bracket pushes up in the dashed position (Fig. 1) and the chains tighten.
If the button 20 of the cover d is grasped, it can be lifted and moved sideways.
The storage container c can then be removed, whereupon the funnel 8 of the tube b is covered by means of the cover d, as illustrated in fin. When the storage container c has been refilled, it is pushed onto the tube b and closed with the lid d. As a result of the pressure from above on the cover d, the valve 10 opens and the grain falls from the storage container c into the tube t it is completely or partially filled as required. The filling of the pipe can be monitored through a window 21 in the pipe b
