EMI1.1

EMI1.1
The subject of the invention is a reliable solution of ignition screws with and without an initial sleeve in the ignition screw bearing of the cartridge case.
The previous ignition screws have no such ligation in the ignition screw bearing of the cartridge case, so that, as a result of gas escapes, the closures are burned out and the clamping triggers are damaged and soiled.
According to the invention, this seal is achieved in that the impact charge is covered by a closure that separates it from the actual charge of the cartridge case and the resistance of which is such that the gas tension that occurs when the impact charge is ignited first actuates a relieving device that prevents the escape prevents the gases through the joints of the ignition screw bearing and only then breaks through the lock and ignites the cartridge charge. The facility can be implemented in various ways. Figs. 1 and 2 show examples
EMI1.2
Attached to the flange g of the bell of the ignition screw bearing and knocked through after it is securely seated. Only then does the charge in the cartridge case ignite.
As the gas tension continues to rise, the lider bowl is pressed even more against the flange of the bell and a secure seal is ensured.
EMI1.3
tion 1 and, as in the previous case, first a small ignition shock charge Z is made to explode, which expands the Liderungsring from the gases escaping through the holes I and the groove r to the secure contact with the cylindrical hole b of the ignition screw bearing of the cartridge case. Only after the Liderungsring has been pressed on does the plate d, which blocks this ignition shock, break due to the continued steady gas tension.
EMI1.4
Is pressed even more firmly against the wall of the ignition screw bearing and a secure seal is guaranteed.
For better fit of the eyelid ring, it can be grooved.
In the embodiment according to FIG. 4, instead of being held by the initial sleeve F1, as in FIG. 3, the eyelid ring 1 is rolled up or pressed in, similar to the guide rings of the projectiles.
In the embodiment according to FIG. 5, the eyelid ring is mounted in the rear cylindrical flange F instead of in the front cylindrical part of the ignition screw. This device can also be used for head screws with an initial sleeve.
