Drehbare Entgasungeretorte für Gaaerzeuger.
Beim Betriebe von Gaserzeugern, die mit Entgasung des Brennstoffes in eingehängten Retorten arbeiten, zeigt sich manchmal der ttbelstand, dass der Brennstoff an die Wände der Retorten anbackt und infolge dessen nicht gleichmässig nachrutscht. Man hat zur Abhilfe schon vorgeschlagen, die Retorten mit entsprechenden Einbauten, z. B. Förderschnecken zu versehen, doch sind derartige Mittel teuer und der Bedienung des Generators hinderlich.
Ein Löslösen dos BrennstoSes hat man bei Generatoren auch schon dadurch erreicht, dass man den Generator teilweise drehbar einrichtete. Die Erfahrung hat gezeigt, dass infolge des Reibungswiderstandes der Brennstoffsäule auf ihrer Grundfläche ein Mitdrohen derselben nicht stattfindet.
Ein stärkeres Lockern und Zerbrechen der Kokssäule kann, worauf die Erfindung beruht, erzwungen werden, wenn die Retorte eine von der Kreisform abweichende Querschnittsform erhält und beispielsweise oval-, drei-oder vieleckig gestaltet wird.
In der Zeichnung ist a die bei b drehbar eingehängte Retorte eines Gaserzeugers, welche gemäss der Erfindung eine von der Kreisform abweichende Querschnittsform, z. D. einen ovalen Querschnitt, besitzt, der in der Zeichnung strichliert eingezeichnet ist. Der obere bzw. oberste Teil der Retorte ist kreisrund, damit die Retorte drehbar iat. Der unrunde Teil kann auf die untere Hälfte oder einen noch kleineren Teil beschränkt werden, je nach der Art des Brennstoffes. Es genügt, wenn die Retorte an derjenigen Stelle unrund gemacht ist, an welcher ein Backen des Brennstoffes eintreten kann. Nach der Zeichnung erfolgt die Bewegung mittels des Armes c von Hand. Die Retorte kann aber auch maschinell angetrieben werden und wird dann zweckmässig mit dem Antrieb des Drehrostes verbunden.
