Die Schenkel 12 und 13 sind durch zwei plattenförmige Querstücke 4 und 5 miteinander verbunden, deren Gestalten aus Fig. 6 ersichtlich sind. Das obere Querstück 4 ist bei 7 uni 7' in den Schenkel 12 eingezapft ; der obere Teil 13'' des Schenkels 13 ist bei 8 uni 8'in das Q. ler- stück eingezapft. In gleicher Weise ist das untere Querstück 5 einerseits mit dem Schenkel 12, andererseits mit dem unteren Teil 13' des Schenkels 13 verzapft. Das Querstück 5 hat eins Aus- ladung 52, mit der es über den Schenkel 1J hinausragt.
Die an dem Gerüst zu lagernden aktiven Teile des Zählers sind mit feinen Linien eingezeichnet. Ein E-förmiger Spannungsmagnet 20 und ein U-formiger Haupt3trommagnet 21 sind an dem Schenkel 12 von aussen her befestigt mit Schrauben, die durch die Looher 20'bzw. 21' in dem Rahmen hindurchtreten, oder in ihnen ihre Gewinde haben. Der Läufer mit der Achse 2 ? und der Scheibe 2J ist an Schrauben 22'und 22'' gelagert, die in den Querstücken 4 und setzen.
Der Dämpfmagnet 24, der in die Fig. 5 nicht miteingezeichnet ist, um die Übersichtlichkeit der Figur nicht zu beeinträchtigen, ist in bekannter Weise mit drei Stiftschrauben und einer mittleren Zugschraube auf der Ausladung 52 des unteren Querstückes 5 gelagert. Für die Befestigung des Zählwerkes, das aus Gründen der Übersichtlichkeit nicht mit in die Zeichnung aufgenommen worden ist, ist ein geschlitzter vorspringender Teil 41 an dem oberen Qrerstück vorhanden.
