Verfahren zum Anbringen der Boden in Papierfässern odre -schachteln mit wasser- dichter Auskleidung.
Bei den Papierfässern,-schachteln und dgl. zur Aufnahme feuchter oder fettiger Waren macht sich einerseits der Übelstand geltend, dass die Böden durch den Klebstoff nicht dicht genug halten, und andererseits zeigt sich oft beim Gebrauch der Mangel, dass Flüssigkeit zwischen dem Bodonrand und der Schachtelwand durchdringt.
Gegenstand der Erfindung ist ein Vorfahren, durch das diese Nachteile vollkommen und in einfacher Weise verhütet werden.
Der Mantel der Papierfässer oder-schachteln wird in bekannter Weise aus Bahnen von Karton, Pappe oder dgl. geschnitten, welche mit Pergamin oder einem anderen wasserdichten Mittel überzogen sind, während die Böden aus unüberzogenem Stoff gebildet werden. Wie die Zeichnung zeigt, wird nun mit dem Ein-oder Aufschieben des Bodens 71, der mit Leim überstrichen ist, gleichzeitig eine auf diesen gelegte Scheibe s aus Pergamin oder ähnlichem wasserdichten Papier eingeführt, deren äusserer Rand hiebei umgekippt wird und zwischen den Bodenrand und den an der betreffenden Stelle ebenfalls mit Klebstoff versehenen Schachtelmantel m zu liegen kommt und eingeklemmt wird.
Dabei wird die Pergaminscheibe nur so gross gewählt, dass der umgekippte Rand nicht den ganzen umgekippten Bodenrand bedeckt, sondern einen Teil freilässt. Diese Anordnung hat zur Folge, dass ein besseres Festkleben des Bodenrandes an der Schachtelinnenwand erfolgt, als das bisher der Fall war, wo Pergamin auf Pergamin geklebt werden musste. Der Pergaminüberzug könnte auch an der entsprechenden Stelle der Schachte1innenwand fehlen und ebenso kann statt des Bodens die auf diesen gelegte Scheibe aus Porgamin oder dgl. mit Leim bestrichen werden.
Durch dieses Verfahren wird eine grosse Dichtheit am Boden erzielt, weil die lose auf den Boden gelegte weiche, nachgiebige Pergaminscheibe dichtend wirkt und sich und den Leim dahin drückt, wo kleine Lücken vorhanden sind. Ist dagegen die Pergamin-
