Description

 EMI1.1

 EMI1.1

There are known curtain rings which are provided with a clamping device intended to hold the curtain end, which clamps the curtain either by spring pressure or by means of a resilient clasp. With these curtain rings, however, it can very easily happen that the clamping spring breaks, so that the clamping ceases and the curtain loosens. According to the present invention, a springless curtain ring is used which, according to the invention, consists of two parts which are held together by a plug pin and completely detachable from one another, each of which has a clamping jaw at its free ends in a known manner.

The curtain ring also offers the advantage that it can be easily attached to permanently attached curtain rods without having to loosen them beforehand, as it can be dismantled.

In the drawing, the subject of the invention is shown in an exemplary embodiment, namely FIG. 1 shows the curtain ring closed and FIG. 2 shows the separate half of the same.

The curtain ring consists of two completely separable parts 1, 2,
 EMI1.2
which protrudes through a longitudinal section 7 of the sleeve 5. The attachment or removal of the curtain is effected by combining or separating the two ring parts.
