Bügelkopfbefestigung bei Taschenuhren.
Den Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung bildet eine neue Art der Bügelkopfbefestigung bei Taschenuhren und ist das Wesen der Erfindung darin gelegen, dass der Bügelkcpf einerseits auf der Aufzugwelle drehbar befestigt ist und andererseits auf dem Gehäuseschalenrand sitzt, wobei er durch den Glasreifen, beim Aufsetzen desselben auf die Gehäuseschale, festgestellt wird. In der Zeichnung ist eine beispielsweise Ausführungsform des Erfindungsgegenstandes dargestellt, und zwar zeigt Fig. 1 den Bügelkopf mit der Gehäuseschale und mit der Aufzugwelle vereinigt im Längsschnitt und in Fig. 2 in Seitenansicht, teilweise im Schnitt bei schon aufgesetzten Glasreifen. Fig. 3 ist eine Draufsicht, von innen aus gesehen, zu Fig. I.
Der Bügelkopf 1 trägt wie üblich den Bügel 2 und ist auf der mit einer Krone 3 versehenen Aufzugwelle 4 drehbar befestigt. Zu diesem Zwecke besitzt die Aufzugwelle 4 eine Eindrehung a, in welche eine seitlich an dem Bügelkopf angeordnete Schraube 6 mit ihrem Ende eingreift.
Der Bügelkopf weist nahe seinem dem Uhrwerk zugekehrten Ende eine Einhaltung 7 auf, mit welcher er in eine im Rand 8 der Gehäuseschale 9 vorgesehene Ausnehmung 10 eingeschoben ist. Hiebei wird der Bügelkopf 1 einerseits durch die die Einhalsung 7 begrenzende Fläche 11 und andererseits durch einen Flansch 12 gestützt, indem Fläche 11 und Flansch 12 den Rand der Ausnehmung 10 umgreifen. Der Flansch 12 besitzt längliche Form und weist eine dem Gehäuseschalenrand gleiche Krümmung auf.
Die Sicherung gegen Drehung bzw. die Feststellung des Bilgelkopfes 1 erfolgt durch den Glasreifen 13, der beim Aufsetzen auf die Gehäuseschale 9 wie üblich mit seinem Rand 14 in den Gebiiuseschalenrand 8 eingreift, wobei dessen Kante 15 an die Längskante 16 des Bügelkopfflansches 12 stösst (Fig. 3). Die Aufzugwelle 4 wird in bekannter Weise mit dem Aufzuggetriebe bzw. dem Uhrwerk verbunden.
Diese Bügelkopfbefestigung weist gegenüber den bereits bekannten Bügelkopfbefestigungen.. @e Vorteile auf, dass die Gehäuseschale durch blosse Stanzarbeit erzeugt werden kann und bei Bruch eines Bestandteiles sich dieser sofort ersetzen lässt.
Ferner wird damit eine rasche Montierung des Bügelkopfes ermöglicht, wobei der Bügelkopf ohne Zuhilfenahme besonderer Hilfsmittel einwandfrei an der Gehäuseschale festsitzt.
PATENT-ANSPRÜCHE : 1. Bügelkopfbefestigung bei Taschenuhren. dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Bügelkopf einerseits auf der Aufzugwelle drehbar befestigt ist und andererseits auf dem Gehäuserand sitzt, wobei er durch den Glasreifen beim Aufsetzen desselben auf die Gehäuseschale festgestellt wird.

The subject of the present invention is a new type of bow head fastening for pocket watches and the essence of the invention is that the bow head is rotatably fastened on the one hand to the winding shaft and on the other hand sits on the edge of the housing shell, whereby it passes through the glass hoop when it is placed on the Housing shell, is determined. The bow head 1 carries the bow 2 as usual and is rotatably attached to the winding shaft 4 provided with a crown 3. For this purpose, the winding shaft 4 has a recess a into which a screw 6 arranged laterally on the bracket head engages with its end.
Near its end facing the clockwork, the bow head has a retainer 7 with which it is pushed into a recess 10 provided in the edge 8 of the housing shell 9. The bracket head 1 is supported on the one hand by the surface 11 delimiting the neck 7 and on the other hand by a flange 12 in that the surface 11 and flange 12 encompass the edge of the recess 10. The flange 12 has an elongated shape and has a curvature equal to the edge of the housing shell.
The security against rotation or the locking of the bilge head 1 is carried out by the glass hoop 13, which, when placed on the housing shell 9, engages with its edge 14 as usual in the Gebiiusschalenrand 8, whereby its edge 15 abuts against the longitudinal edge 16 of the bracket head flange 12 (Fig . 3). The winding shaft 4 is connected in a known manner to the winding gear or the clockwork.
This bracket head attachment has advantages over the already known bracket head attachments .. @e that the housing shell can be produced by mere punching work and if a component breaks it can be replaced immediately.
Furthermore, this enables the bracket head to be mounted quickly, with the bracket head firmly seated on the housing shell without the aid of special aids.
