Durchziehen die ganze noch freie Drahtlänge auf der rechton Trommel aufgewickelt, während der übrige Teil in Nuten der Maschine liegt. Nun werden beide Trommeln in die Lage der Fig. 1 verschwenkt und die Arme i ebenfalls der Fig. 1 entsprechend eingestellt.
Ilienach wird das freie Drahtende von Hand durch eine andere Nut der elektrischen Maschine geschoben und an dem äusseren Rand der linken Trommel befestigt und auf diese aufgewickelt. Beim Aufwickeln wird der Draht von der rechten Trommel in einzelnen Windungen abgezogen, bis endlich auch die letzte Windung l'abgezogen wird, die sich dann in Form einer Schlinge an die Stirnwand der elektrischen Maschine anschmiegt und durch den Arbeiter in üblicher Weise mittels einer Schablone genau angelegt wird.
Der ganze Vorgang wird- dann in entgegengesetzter Arbeitsrichtung wiederholt.
Der zu bewickelnde Maschinenteil wird. in der wagerochten und Höhenrichtung stets so eingestellt, dass die Nut ir : die Zugrichtung des Drahtes hineinfällt. In den Endstellungen können die Trommeln beliebig festgestellt werden.
PATENT-ANSPRÜCHE :
1. Verfahren zum maschinellen Durchziehen des Wicklungsdrahtes durch die halb oder ganz geschlossenen Nuten einer elektrischen Maschine, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Wicklungsdraht nach Durchführung seines vorderen Endes durch die Nut auf eine mit ihrer Drehachse (g) senkrecht zur Zugrichtung stehende, den Draht vollends durch- ziehende Trommel (f) in einer einzigen Lage aufgewickelt wird, worauf die Achse (g) der Trommel in die Zugricbtung gedreht und das vordere Drahtende durch die nächste
Nut gesteckt und sodann auf eine zweite drehbare und verschwenkbare Trommel (f') auf- gewickelt wird.
