Maschine zum Aufbringen von Druckknöpfen auf Karten.
Der Gegenstand der Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Maschine zum Aufbringen von Druckknöpfen auf Karten, bei weicher die Druckknopf teile unter Zwischenlage der Karte durch Stempeldruck verbunden werden.
Bei diesen Maschinen hat es sich gezeigt, dass die Verbindung der Druckknopfteile in einem einzigen Stempelhube insoferene nachteilig ist, als die zu verbindenden Teile nicht immer genau zentrisch zucinanderliegen und überdies auch die den Knopfkopf festhaltenden, federnden Organe (Federn) des einen Druckknopfteiles zutolge ihrer Verschiebbarkeit in diesem nicht immer in einer Weise gelagert sind, dass der Knopfkopf ein richtiges Ausweichen dieser Federn bis zum Einschnappen derselben in die Knopfkopfunterschneidung zu erzielen vermag.
Dadurch ergibt sich ein erheblicher Ausfall an fertiger Ware durch einen beträchtlichen ausschüssigen Prozentsatz und ist der Zweck der vorliegenden Erfindung, diesen Nachteil zu beheben.
Die Erfindung besteht darin, dass zu jeder Verbindung der Druckkn opfteile zwei oder mehrere, getrennt voneinander ausgeführte Hübe des Druckstempels vorgesehen sind und überdies der Stempel abgefedert und drehbar gelagert ist ; damit soll erreicht werden, dass durch die wiederholten Hübe des federnden und drehbar gelagerten Stempel ein all- muhlicbes, zentrisches Einstellen der Druckknopfteile zueinander erfolgt und überdies auch die Feder allmählich in ihre richtige Lage gebracht wird, ohne dass dieselbe, wie dies sonst bei starrem Stempel und einmaligem Arbeitshube der Fall wäre, sich in dem Knopf- tei) e festklemmend, den Eintritt des Knopfkopfes in diesen überhaupt nicht ermöglicht bzw. eine für gewöhnlich unlösbare Verbindung der beiden Knopfteile verursacht.

The object of the invention relates to a machine for applying press studs to cards, in which the press stud parts are connected with the interposition of the card by stamp printing.
With these machines it has been shown that the connection of the push-button parts in a single punch is disadvantageous in that the parts to be connected are not always exactly centered and, moreover, the resilient organs (springs) of the one push-button part that hold the button head in place due to their displaceability are not always stored in this in such a way that the button head is able to achieve a correct evasion of these springs until they snap into the button head undercut.
This results in a significant failure of the finished product by a considerable waste percentage and it is the purpose of the present invention to remedy this disadvantage.
The invention consists in that for each connection of the pushbutton parts two or more, separately executed strokes of the plunger are provided and, moreover, the plunger is spring-loaded and rotatably mounted; this is intended to ensure that the repeated strokes of the resilient and rotatably mounted stamp result in an all-muhlicbes, centric adjustment of the push-button parts to one another and, moreover, the spring is gradually brought into its correct position without the same, as is otherwise the case with a rigid stamp and a single working hood would be the case, jamming itself in the button part, not allowing the button head to enter this at all or causing a usually permanent connection of the two button parts.
