   Zelluloid wird im grossen Massstabe in Bändern zur Herstellung von Films ver wendet. Es worden vielfach Versuche angestellt, die Gefährlichkeit solcher Films bei   Ent-

Dies gelingt durch Anwendung von Metallflächen, zwischen welchen man das Band oder den Faden durchlaufen lässt. Nach der Er-   fndung   verbindet man diese Wärmeableitung mit der Auslösung einer chemischen Reaktion, die aus geeigneten Substanzen durch Wärmezufuhr Gase freimacht, welche die Verbrennung verhindern.

   Solche Substanzen sind alle durch Erwärmen Kohlensäure, Ammoniak oder Wasserdampf abgebende Salze anorganischer wie organischer Natur. Um die Einwirkung
