  Schutzvorrichtung für Wasserstandsgläser. 



   Die Erfindung betrifft eine das Wasserstandsglas dampfdicht umhüllende Schutz-   vorrichtung, welche beim Zerspringen des Glases den ausströmenden Dampf auffängt und   durch ein Rohr nach irgend einer Stelle ableitet. Dieselbe unterscheidet sich von bekannten derartigen Schutzvorrichtungen dadurch, dass sie mittelst einer Muffe zwischen den Wasserstandsköpfen eingespannt wird, wodurch sie schnell und leicht angebracht und abgenommen werden kann. 



   Fig. 1 zeigt die Seitenansicht der Vorrichtung und
Fig. 2 den Horizontalschnitt nach A-B (Fig. 1), während

   Diese Einspannvorrichtung kann auch an beiden Enden der Schutzvorrichtung ange ordnet werden.
