   Der Gegenstand der Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Vorrichtung zum Ziehen von Summen und Zwischensummen für Rechenmaschinen, die zwecks Addition und Subtraktion mit einem umschaltbaren Zählwerk ausgerüstet sind, und bezweckt, eine selbsttätige Sicherung zwischen der Stellung des Summenhebels und der des Umstellhebels für dae umschaltbare Zählwerk zu schaffen.

   Zu diesem Zwecke ist gemäss der Erfindung zwischen dem Summenhebel und Umstellbebel für das umschaltbare Zählwerk eine derartige Verbindung vorgesehen, dass der Summenhebel, wenn er zwecks Bildung einer Summe oder Zwischensumme umgelegt wird, selbsttätig den   UmsteM-   hebel für das umschaltbare Zählwerk in die   Additionsstellung   einstellt, wenn dieser zuvor auf   Subtraktionsstellung gestanden   hat, und ferner gleichzeitig auch eine Sperrvorrichtung zur Wirkung bringt, die bei umgelegtem   gumnienhebel   eine Bewegung des   Umstellhebels   verhindert.

   Das Einstellen des Umstellhebels in die   Additionsstellung   durch Umlegen des   Summenhebels   kann nun entweder unmittelbar durch die Umlegung des Summenhebels erfolgen oder auch dadurch, dass beim Umlegen des Summenhebels ein Zwischenglied verstellt wird, so dass bei dem darauffolgenden Kurbelzug die Einstellung des Umstellhebels durch die Handkurbel bzw. die Antriebsvorrichtung der Rechenmaschine unter Vermittlung des erwähnten Zwischengliedes erfolgt.
