Das Produkt, bildet einen streufähigen, dauernd haltbaren Dünger, der von den Landwirten gern gekauft wird, weil er sowohl Stickstoff und Kalisalze als auch Phosphorsäure in erheblichen Mengen enthält. Praktische Versuche haben ergeben, dass man zweckmässig auf 150 Gewichtsteile Gärungsmelasseschlempe von 1'3771 spezifischem Gewicht 298 Gewichtsteile Superphosphat verwendet.
PATENT-ANSPRÜCHE :
1. Verfahren zur Herstellung eines haltbaren und streufähigen Düngemittels aus Schlempe beliebiger Herkunft und freie Phosphorsäure enthaltenden Materialien, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass letztere (Phosphorsäure, oder saure phosphorsaure Salze, wie Superphosphat usw.) der Schlempe in solcher Menge zugesetzt und die Mischung bei bzw. über Siedetemperatur derart lange gehalten wird, bis sämtliche in der Schlempe vorhandenen hygroskopischen Körper in nichthygroskopische Verbindungen übergeführt erscheinen.

PATENT CLAIMS:
1. A process for the production of a durable and spreadable fertilizer from vinasse of any origin and materials containing free phosphoric acid, characterized in that the latter (phosphoric acid or acidic phosphoric acid salts, such as superphosphate etc.) is added to the vinasse in such an amount and the mixture is is kept above the boiling point until all the hygroscopic bodies present in the stillage appear converted into non-hygroscopic compounds.
