Abstract

Bei der gegenständlichen Gebrauchsmusteranmeldung handelt es sich um ein natürliches alkoholfreies Getränk auf Basis von Preiselbeeren (Vaccinium Vitis - idaea) und natürlichem Wasser.Die Herstellung des Getränkes erfolgt aus der Frucht der Preiselbeere entweder aus dem Direktsaft, dem Fruchtsaftkonzentrat, dem Nektar oder aus dem Konfitüre-Püree und natürlichem Wasser. Als Zutaten können Zucker und natürliche Säuerungsmittel verwendet werden.Durch einfaches Pasteurisieren wird das alkoholfreie Getränk haltbar gemacht. Dabei wird die Spezialität unmittelbar vor der Abfüllung auf etwa 85 Grad Celsius erhitzt.
