Vor allem erfolgt der stärkere Antrieb des Zählers allein durch die Erhöhung des Nebenschlussstromes und das damit verbundene höhere Drehmoment, das auf den von einem grösseren Strome durchflossenen Anker von dem ebenfalls hiedurch verstärkten Felde der Kompensationsspule ausgeübt wird.
Die Betriebssicherheit der Vorrichtung ist eine vollkommen ausreichende, denn der Kontaktschluss erfolgt unter einer genügend hohen Spannung und an anderen Stellen von K und F als die unter wesentlich niedrigerer Spannung, nämlich nur einigen V ult stattfindende Stromunterbrechung.
Die Schaltung ermöglicht es natürlich auch, das Zählwerk unabhängig von dem Zähler an beliebig ihm entfernten Stellen anzubringen und zu betreiben.
