Verfahren zur Herstellung von Isolationsrollen aus Glas.
Der Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung zweiteiliger Isolationsrollen aus Glas. Das Wesen der Erfindung besteht darin, dass die einzelnen Teilstücke, welche nach dem Aufschieben auf den Schaft des Befestigungsnagels zu einer Rolle vereinigt werden, vermittelt der Druckzange oder dgl. hergestellt werden.
Wie aus der Fig. 1 ersichtlich ist, bildet jedes Teilstück die Hälfte der zu bildenden Rolle und werden diese Teilstücke 1 durch den Befestigungsnagel 2 zu einer Rolle vereinigt, nachdem der Nagel in die Wand und dgl. eingetrieben wurde. Die einzelnen Teilstücke 1 werden mit der Druckzange und dgl. aus einem Glasstabe, welcher entsprechend vorgewärmt wird, herausgearbeitet, so dass die Herstellung der Teilstücke rasch und in einfacher Weise ohne Nachbearbeitung erfolgen kann.
Es ist nicht erforderlich, dass die bei den Teilstücke, welche zur Bildung einer Isolationsrolle benötigt werden, gleiche Stärke besitzen, vielmehr könnte die Teilung der Rolle auch nach einer anderen Ebene erfolgen.

The subject of the present invention relates to a method for producing two-part insulating rolls made of glass. The essence of the invention is that the individual parts, which are combined into a roll after being pushed onto the shank of the fastening nail, are produced by means of the pliers or the like.
As can be seen from FIG. 1, each section forms half of the roll to be formed and these sections 1 are combined into a roll by the fastening nail 2 after the nail has been driven into the wall and the like. The individual sections 1 are carved out with pliers and the like from a glass rod which is preheated accordingly, so that the sections can be produced quickly and easily without reworking.
It is not necessary that the sections that are required to form an insulating roll have the same thickness, rather the division of the roll could also take place according to another level.
