Durch Druckflüssigkeit betriebene Hilfsmaschine für Regelungsvorrichtungen von
Kraftmaschinen.

Auxiliary machine operated by hydraulic fluid for control devices of
Power machines.
The purpose of the subject of the invention, operated with hydraulic fluid auxiliary machine for control devices of prime movers is to generate the fluid pressure required to move the actuating piston only at the moment of control, in such a way that a control device operated by a centrifugal governor clears the channels through which the liquid flows to the piston, constricts or expands.
The liquid flows from the pump a past the smaller area of the sliding stepped piston c located in the cylinder b and passes through the throttle device into the space e connected to the large piston area, from where it returns through the throttle device f into the liquid container g.
The two thrust devices are inevitably connected to one another in such a way that the complete closure of one corresponds to the largest opening of the other and vice versa. The two throttle devices are adjusted by means of the rod i and the lever h of the centrifugal governor. In the equilibrium position, the fluid pressures prevailing on both sides of the piston must be in the opposite ratio of the piston areas.
The adjustment of these fluid pressures is done by the throttle devices
If the number of revolutions of the engine decreases, the centrifugal governor throttles the channel f or closes it off completely as its sleeve drops. while at the same time opening channel d. With a simultaneous increase in the pump pressure, the stepped piston moves to the right until it reaches the right-hand stroke limit or until the throttle devices adjust to equilibrium again.
Conversely, when the number of revolutions of the engine increases, the constriction or the complete closure of the channel occurs at d, while at the same time the free opening of the channel increases at f. Then accordingly the piston moves at the same time

through f can flow off. The movement continues until the piston reaches its left stroke limit or until the throttle devices adjust to equilibrium, in which case the pump pressure immediately drops to its original size.
An adjustable safety valve k arranged upstream of the throttle device d does not allow the pump pressure to rise above a certain level.
The simultaneous regulation (control) of the two throttle devices ensures on the one hand that the fluid pressure required for regulation only occurs at the moment of regulation, but on the other hand that when one of the two throttle devices is completely closed, the entire amount of fluid supplied by the pump is used for adjustment of the piston is used.
