  Verfahren zur   Herstellung von Belagplatten   aus Ton. 



   Den Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung bildet ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von Belagplatten aus Ton mit beiderseits angeordneten, vor den Belagrändern abgesetzten Rillen. 



  Bisher wurden solche Platten einzeln auf Stempelpresson erzeugt, was nicht nur zeitraubend war, sondern insbesondere bei der Herstellung von Platten mit Schwalbenschwanznuten Schwierigkeiten verursachte. 



   Gemäss der Erfindung geschieht die Erzeugung der Betagplatten auf Strangpressen mit vor dem   Mundstück   gleichzeitig gegen-oder voneinander beweglichen profilierten Schiebern, wobei die   Teilungsschnitte   an den von den Rillen freien Stellen des Stranges geführt werden. 



   Die bekannten Strangpressen mit vor dem Mundstücke angeordneten beweglichen profilierten Schiebern wurden bisher bloss zur Herstellung von Dachziegeln verwendet und haben die Aufgabe, den Strang mit örtlichen Profilierungen oder mit abgesetzten Rippen zu versehen. 



   Eine Strangpresse zur Ausführung des Verfahrens ist in der Zeichnung dargestellt, und zwar zeigen Fig. 1 einen   Längenschnitt   durch den Pressszylinder mit dem Mundstück, Fig. 2 eine Vorderansicht des letzteren, Fig 3 eine Vorderansicht des   Mundstückes   bei abgehobener vorderer Führungsplatte in grösserem Massstabe, Fig. 4 einen Schnitt hiezu nach der Linie   x-x in   Fig. 3, Fig.   n   eine Rückansicht, Fig. 6 eine Draufsicht, Fig. 7 und 8 profilierte Messerplatten in Ansicht und Schnitt. Fig. 9 und 10 veranschaulichen nach dem Verfahren hergestellte Belagplatten in Ansicht und Querschnitt. 



   Das Mundstück a, welches, wie   üblich, - am   Presszylinder einer Strangpresse befestigt ist. besteht aus zwei Führungsplatten b und c, zwischen welchen an Stiften d in Schlitzen e zwei, den zu erzeugenden Platten entsprechend, am besten   scbwalbenschwanzförmig pro.   filiert   Messerplatten f und g geradegeführt sind.   Das zweiteilige gleichzeitige Heben und Senken der   Messerplatten y, g erfolgt   von Hand mittels einer Hebelstange k, die durch Stangen   1   und o mit den Scharnieren p und q der Messerplatten gelenkig verbunden ist.

   The subject of the present invention is a method for the production of clay tiles with grooves arranged on both sides and set off in front of the edges of the tiles.



  Up to now, such plates have been produced individually on stamp press, which was not only time-consuming, but also caused difficulties in particular in the production of plates with dovetail grooves.



   According to the invention, the bed plates are produced on extrusion presses with profiled slides that can move in opposite directions or from one another at the same time in front of the mouthpiece, the dividing cuts being made at the points of the strand free from the grooves.
