Automatic brake mount lock.
The device is designed to prevent unintentional unrolling of the conveyor vessel on inclined conveyor tracks and to enable the locking device to be opened from any point of view, even if the conveyor vessel is leaning against the locking device.
In the exemplary embodiment illustrated in the drawing, a lever 3 made of a suitable, resistant material is mounted on a plate 1 fastened to the pit lining 10 or at all to the side of the track by means of a tang 2, which is rotated horizontally around this tang on the one hand and by pulling on the other the pulling device 6 can be lifted because the tang 2 is rotatably mounted in the plate 1. By means of a weight 5, which is fastened to the lever 3 by means of a strand running through the plate 1, or by means of a spring attached at a corresponding point, the lever, which is provided with a hook-shaped end to hold back the conveying vessel, is both horizontal and also preserved in the vertical position.
The process of actuating this closure is as follows: the incoming conveyor vessel 9 rotates the hook-shaped end of the lever, which has an inclined contact surface so that the lever can be pivoted sideways by the incoming conveyor vessel, so that the vessel can pass by. After the vessel has passed by, this hook-shaped end engages behind the rear wall of the delivery vessel and thereby prevents it from being pressed back by the weight 5 against the delivery vessel.
In order to enable the downward movement of the conveying vessel, the worker operating the brake must pull down the end of the lever by means of the pulling device 6, which extends to its location, whereby the other, hook-shaped end is lifted over the edge of the conveying vessel and it is thus free.
In order to allow easy opening of the same in the event that the delivery vessel should lean against the locking device, a sliding device, e.g. B. a role 4 installed. After the conveying vessel has passed by, the lever, pulled or pressed by the weights a or by a spring, returns to the rest position.
PATENT CLAIMS:
1. Automatic brake mountain lock, characterized in that a by weight or spring force (5) constantly held in the locked position catch lever (3) is arranged to swing sideways of the track in the horizontal and vertical direction, such that the catch lever in the horizontal direction by the upward Conveyor vessel, can be pivoted in the horizontal direction by a pulling device (rope 6).
