  Feuerung   mit seitlicher Windzuführung.   



   Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf solche Feuerungen mit seitlicher Windzuführung. bei welchen die   Windzuflihrungseinrichtung   aus umlaufenden, in den Wandungen die   Düsen   tragenden zylindrischen Hohlkörpern besteht, die in die   Windzuführungskammer   reichen und den Wind in mehreren Schichten in den Brennstoff einblasen. Das Wesen der Erfindung besteht darin, dass die   Hohlkörper   durch Hauben derart abgedeckt sind, dass nur die gegen die Brennstoffschicht gerichteten   Windaustritt8stellen   freibleiben. 



   Durch die Hauben werden die Düsen rasch der Einwirkung des Brennstoffes wieder entzogen sowie seitlich abfallende Brennstoff-und Ascheteilchen aus dem Bereich der Windzuführungseinrichtungen gebracht. 



   Auf der Zeichnung ist der Erfindungsgegenstand in Fig. 1 im Schnitt dargestellt ; Fig. 2 ist eine Ansicht einer der   Windzuführungswalzen.   



   Der Brennstoff wird auf die undurchbrochene Feuerplatte a oder bei Unterbeschickung auf die   Kanalsohle 9 aufgeworfen und   der Wind in üblicher Art von beiden Längsseiten her in den Brennstoff eingeblasen. Für letzteren Zweck dienen die beiden hohlen, umlaufenden, mit düsenartigen Durchbrechungen c ausgestatteten   Windzuflihrungs-   walzen b, die den Wind aus dem Windkasten d in die Brennstoffschicht austreten lassen. 



  Die den oberen Teil der Walzen überdeckenden haubenartigen Teile f des Windkastens begrenzen nicht nur das Feld, über welches Wind in der   Brennstoffschicht   austreten kann, sondern sie leiten auch aus der letzteren seitlich abfallende Brennstoff-und Ascheteilchen aus dem Bereich der Walzen, so dass diese nicht in die Düsen gelangen.
